  We were in the market for a car. They had a Lincoln Nautilus on their used car lot. I stopped by after work and took it for a test drive. I liked the car but being the wife's, she was going to have to look at it. Unfortunately, we had some family matters come up and they sold it before we could get back out there. But overall our experience was great. They weren't high pressure and the salesman Stephan was polite.

  Fabulous service!! Gorgeous dealership the staff were super quick, helpful and friendly! We were in and out within a half hour. Loved it keep it up guys!

  Really bad experience from the beginning. Called them told them I’m towing my car to your place , the young lady took my info and the car info and told me it will be a couple of days till I hear from someone , two week passes and nothing till a lady from the service department called and asked me if I owned a Mercedes 300c and I said yes and she told me that no one told them anything about my car being towed and they just found it and they didn’t know what’s wrong with it and who does it belong to and they have to go through my tag and registration to get my name and phone number ! She said a technician will call me later on by the end of the day to talk to me about the car . Another week goes by and nothing . Finally I get to talk to Brent after 3 weeks which told me what’s going on with the car ( already knew what’s wrong )and will cost $1623 and another $800 something if I need anew ignition! I told him give me till tomorrow to talk to my wife . Next day woke up on a text saying that the car is fixed and ready ! My wife went to pay and pick up the car and come to find out we been charged $175 for the diagnostic. In my experience if u decide to fix the car somewhere else it is appropriate to pay that diagnostic fees, but if the car was to be fixed at the same place I think those fees have to be waived .my wife complained about leaving my car all that time and they didn’t know about it and the young lady replied that this happens all the time !!! Mercedes service department should do much better treating their customers especially for the amount they charge for repairs !!

  Very slow on helping with parts. Then argue with the part you need. When the part has their logo on it.
