    I had the pleasure of working with Matt Damico with a trade in and the purchase of a new vehicle. He took the time to listen to my needs and led me in the right direction. He was patient and made the car buying purchase extremely easy with the trade in of my car. Also had Isaiah McMillen a part of the deal absolutely setting me up with a great trade in price and an even better new car price. I can’t recommend them enough coming from a guy that doesn’t like most car dealerships! Great overall experience and I will definitely be a returning customer! Job well done!

    I recently had a very frustrating experience with Mercedes-Benz roadside assistance and service on my 2024 E350. After leaving an honest one-star review about the long wait, poor communication, and service issues, management reached out right away. Miller Warren, the general manager, personally stepped in, took full accountability, and made things right. The dealership went above and beyond to resolve everything and restore my confidence. Because of how professionally they handled my concerns and corrected the problems, I’m updating my review from one star to five stars. Thank you for making it right.

    Steven was amazing! He’s an asset to your organization, as well as your new hire, who trained with him. She, too, will be a great and successful sales associate. Steven, by the way, even offered to take us to grab something to eat while waiting for the finance paperwork meeting. He was personable, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. From a more critical point of view (the 4 vs. 5 rating), the only issue was the amount of time to get the finance portion of the transaction completed. We waited approximately 3 hours, which seems a bit unreasonable for a dealership of your stature - this had nothing to do with Steven, but really something management should address for future clients. Congrats and a HUGE THANK YOU, again, to Steven!

    Matt Damico was hands down amazing throughout my entire car-buying experience. From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly responsive. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and never once made me feel pressured into making a decision. What stood out most was his integrity and professionalism. He was straightforward, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle rather than just making a sale. His communication was excellent, and he was always quick to respond whenever I reached out. If you're looking for a salesperson who is trustworthy, personable, and truly cares about his customers, I highly recommend Matt Damico. He made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. Thank you, Matt, for such an outstanding experience!

    Terrible dealership. Where do I start? I bought a 2025 CLE 53 from this place a few months ago as an out of state buyer. Communication was great while negotiating prices. Then everything went down hill. almost as if I was ghosted..if I never would initiate conversation, I still probably wouldn't have this car. Sam Diaz, and Brandon strong gave me the worst communication to the point I was terrified I was getting scammed. idk how this place has almost a 5 star rating.. confirmed the sale on April 28th, and didn't even get the car until may 6th.. and on top of that, they sent me the car with the previous owner's profile still saved to the car, and no one helped me to clear it out..AND didn't have the AMG gas cap not the car like the window sticker said.. until I reached out one last time, and talked to a guy named David yanish. he was extremely helpful and great. y'all actually don't deserve him. he has 5 stars alone. sam and Brandon suck. big shout out to to the delivery service though, third party "Fire & Ice" . they also thought they were getting scammed by this dealership. we had a long conversation about this place. I was told this car had no scratches or anything, and they showed me so many pics with scratches, etc.. calming the dealership told me and didn't want them to take pics to show me (which I still have) they even told me I should get reimbursed. they literally showed up to pickup the car and they told me MB of Louisville told them they didn't know where it was or that it was sold... Sam told nobody.. matter of fact, she wasn't even there when they picked it up..fire & ice made them call her on her day off to call me! im getting pissed all over again. I can't believe MB of Louisville tried to lie saying knew about the scratches and dings. poor excuse of a dealership. if you're out of state, DO NOT let the 4.7 stars fool you. go elsewhere. they deserve none..nothing good to say about this place. oh and now im adding on to this, because ive had the car for two months now, and already need new tires because they never put fresh ones on OR let me know they needed new ones..
