  Today, I had the best experience with purchasing a car with sales representative Matt Damico! Matt made the usually stressful car buying process so user friendly. Matt assessed what we were looking for and found exactly the car that fit our lifestyle. This was a Five Star experience! I will definitely refer all my friends and family to Mercedes-Benz of Louisville because of Matt!!

  Buying a preowned car from Stephen Phillips at Mercedes Louisville over the phone, sight unseen, from another state was not only an easy and seamless experience, but it was also a pleasure. From the get go, Stephen was as classy and straightforward. He answered all my questions immediately with competency and transparency. He went out of his way to make sure we knew every detail of the car, making several videos for us that showed the assets as well as the wear and tear. He took care of every detail of the purchase, the shipping, and was always in communication with me. I don’t leave google reviews often, but my experience with Stephen and Mercedes Louisville was so positive I felt compelled to share.   We were in the market for a new luxury SUV. We visited here after already going to Porshe, BMW, and Audi. It was one of the most awkward experiences I have had at a dealership. They wanted us to spend 20 min walking around the trade-in rating our own vehicle on various items. I put a stop to it and told them I was not going to waste our time because our opinion had no bearing on what they would offer. Just weird. Then when it came time to negotiate the salesman stated "we only negotiate in the hundreds, not thousands." Who says that when you are spending that much on a vehicle. Visiting here was almost a 180 from the other dealerships. I don't ever foresee myself in a MB after this experience.

  I had an outstanding experience purchasing a 2025 GLE 63 S AMG for my wife from the team at MB of Louisville. From start to finish, the entire team made the process smooth, transparent, and genuine. Kevin Owens, our salesman, was exceptional! He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to walk us through every detail and made sure we had every questioned answered. Travis Conely in finance was professional, clear, and efficient. I really appreciated how straightforward and respectful he was of our time. Eric Borden, the General Sales Manager, clearly runs a top-notch operation. His leadership shows in how well the entire process flowed and how attentive he and his staff was throughout. It’s obvious customer satisfaction is a priority here! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a high-end, hassle-free buying experience. I’ll definitely be referring business their way from the NYC tri-state area and wouldn’t hesitate to go back myself. Highly recommend!

  I had an amazing experience at Mercedes Benz of Louisville. The customer service here is top tier. They truly want your business and make you feel important. I went all alone during my car process and never once felt pressured. The experience I had here was the best ever. Found Stephen after reading through some reviews and he definitely lived up to each one. Be sure to connect with him! Very patient. Explains everything well. Communicates after hours. Even will take your pictures after your purchase lol. Excellent Sales Consultant that will for sure get the job done. Thank you to David for spending two days with me teaching me everything I need to know about my car! Such a positive man that enjoys what he does. Thank you Travis for pumping my head up about my credit score lol and going over every detail I needed to know before leaving. All of them stayed there past closing hours and made me a top priority. Lastly, I would like to give a BIG THANK You to the general manger Jarress. It's a blessing for a stranger to see how much you deserve something and ensures you get exactly what you want. You are doing a great job with your team. Just wanted to take time out my day to express how thankful I am. This is more than just a car. Now everyday I have a reminder to look at how hard I work and how blessed I am to achieve my goals. Thank you for making customer service important here.
