  This first visit to Kenny Jones Automotive was the best experience I have had at any dealer or auto mechanic shop. I felt confident that what was being done needed to done. I have never had someone spend so much time with me by helping me understand about what my car needed (or did not need at that time). Chris the service advisor is phenomenal. Troy performed the work that needed to be accomplished and also in a very timely manner. I drove away with such a satisfied and great feeling.

  Called Kenny Jones Automotive since my daughter is looking at a used XC40. I was treated and given first class beyond the expected feedback on what to look for and expect from a service perspective. I am not even looking for a car but if I do it may be a Volvo and would sure use them for service bar none.

  I had my Volvo serviced today at Kenny Jones Automative. This is the best description I can provide. Yes their service was beyond outstanding. While sitting in the waiting area while my Volvo was being serviced, I consistently heard excitement talking about Volvos and discussing providing exceptional service to their customers. Here is my best analogy. My Husband is a Marine and when Marines are joined together it is one big love fest talking about the Corps. Chris the service manager loves his job. He loves talking about Volvos and describing the exceptional service provided. When you find Professionals that love their job..,they are keepers.
