Fantastic staff and an all around great experience. The tires I needed was out of stock, they ordered and received my tires the very next day. They were also very efficient & not a problem at all to get an appointment that day.

Don’t go here. Walked in for mounting and balancing two tires that I’d bought for cheap on a clunker. Was told they couldn’t do that because the tires weren’t bought through them. Called it company policy. Even though I’d previously used them to mount and balance 2 sets of tires from Tirerack. Too bad there’s not too many independent tire shops in town.

Scheduled my appt online with no issue. I did have to wait 5 mins or so because no one was at the front desk. Once they saw me standing there came to assist right away. They got me in and out. I brought my laptop to work while I waited. Took maybe an hour. I am a customer and will return.

My car broke down on the interstate and Ken Towery assisted with a tow and promptly replaced my alternator. Service was great and they fixed my car in a pinch; After work was completed got a quote from my normal shop and the priced I paid at Ken Towery was $500 more on a repair that cost $1100. Leaving 3 stars because of the service level - but i for sure paid for that level of service/connivence.

This was my first time going to Ken Towery’s Tire & Auto Care since I was visiting Kentucky. The customer service was nice, and I paid to have my tire fixed because it kept losing air. I specifically needed it taken care of before driving back home to Illinois. I was told the tire had been fixed and sealed, but about an hour into my drive home, the tire pressure light came right back on for the same tire. I’m very disappointed because I paid for a service that clearly did not fix the problem. Now I have to find somewhere else to have the tire checked again after already spending money to get it repaired.
