  Josh at the front counter got me taken care of quickly and helped me out in a tight pinch. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. Wishing him nothing but the best—Ken Towery’s is lucky to have him.

  My truck had a transmission line leak while driving from NE Ohio to west Tennessee. I was fortunate enough to be staying at a hotel across the street from Ken Towery's and they got me in within 30 minutes of calling about my issue. Right away the technician identified the problem, a small hole in my transmission line. Between the tech and the service rep, they spent several hours worth of time tracking down the part number and availability to ensure it was correct since it was an usual part to break. Unfortunately, the OEM part was on backorder at the local dealership and the service rep didnt want to chance the fix with an aftermarket part and the problem be even worse going down the road. The techs were able to put a temporary patch in place until I could get it to another dealership that has the part 4 hours away and they topped off the transmission fluid. It took a little longer than I expected, but given the emergent situation, they were able to get me in and work with the dealership to get the special transmission fluid required within a 24 hour period, on top of their already heavy load for the day. Service is top notch and I cannot say thank you enough for caring enough to ensure my family and I could get back on the road, even though they couldn't fix the issue due to parts unavailability in the area.
