  Paid to get oil change and tires balanced and rotated. When I got home I looked at the tires and noticed they hadn't been rotated. I went straight back and had to wait another 30 minutes. The manager, assistant manager, and the mechanic never said they were sorry for my inconvenience or how this happened. I started to worry if the oil change and balancing was done so I asked the manager if someone should ask the mechanic and the manager said it's probably a good idea if I asked. He had the nerve to sit on his ass and tell me to go question his employee on work I paid for. I was prepping the car to go on vacation. As soon as I got up to 60mph I could heard a thumping under the engine area. It turned out when they did the oil change they didn't secure the engine splash guard and left it hanging down. Spent over two hours on vacation trying to duct tape the splash guard to stop it from dragging. They give you this paper with checks they perform, yet will send you on the road with a splash engine guard barely hanging on. I knew to stay away from this place but no one else was open. I had taken my other car for an oil change and when I got there they said my brakes were shot and I needed $1600 worth of brake repairs immediately. My brakes were fine when I took the car in, but they did something to cause the brakes to make a grinding sound. I replaced the pads elsewhere and paid $300. Stay away from this place!!

  I bought two tires and they gave me wonderful customer service. They took good care of me. And kept me informed of other work that I could do in the future.

  I had a tire that was balding and had a roofing nail in it. Billy looked at it carefully and said he couldn’t plug the hole because the tire was bald and was a potential safety issue. So he suggested a tire replacement and since I was going to work, he said he would try to get it fixed by the time I took my lunch break. My tire was fixed at the time he said it would be. Great job Billy! Convenient timing, perfectly executed! Very pleased with the everything! Thank you guys!

  They are excellent & it was easy getting a tire ordered and put on the next day! We were from out of town & they took care of us to make sure we made it back home safe! Thanks again for being awesome!
