  I went to the Taylorsville rd location twice. At both times, I was told there was nothing wrong with our starter. They did not take the time to pull the starter and check for damage. Our car failed to turn over which then we had to look elsewhere for some place reputable to fix the car which was a failed starter.

  My concerns were not listened to and the same problem came back to my car a week later. I was told on the phone I could get a discount or my money back, but then they denied it when I went back. Super overpriced as well

  Over 2.5 hours for a simple oil change. The man at the counter left to get parts, including my oil filter, but he returned without my oil filter. After 2 hours waiting, the technician doing my oil change had to stop and go to another store to get an oil filter for my Chevy.

  Quick work replacing front brakes/calipers/etc etc in just a couple hours. A littlee expensive but worth it. Thanks for helping get us back to Toronto!:) EDIT: so about 100 miles toward home of a 700 mile trip with our newly replaced brakes and calipers, one of the bolts on the front brake caliper FLEW OUT on the interstate (!!!) because they were either not tightened enough or tightened way too much. Either way, horribly dangerous. As we got off the highway the brakes were scraping the wheel so badly there were bits of metal flying everywhere. We had to buy a new bolt and my husband had to fix it himself in the parking lot. Thank God we stopped otherwise it could have been SO bad. After $1700 we would really expect better. Don’t come here unless you want to do the work yourself again, or put your life in danger.
