- JRJenna ReadsALotOct 1, 20265.0I’ve been to this location 3 times and every time they’ve been extremely nice and have done a great job!
- LCLillian CoxSep 7, 20261.0I went in because my drivers side window was stuck. I sat there for over three hours - just for them to tell me they don’t have the part they need to fix it. Three hours absolutely wasted, with nothing done.
- KKKelly KSep 6, 20262.0Tried to upsale me on everything without actually fixing the issue. My wheel bearing is about to fall off now and that was not mentioned whatsoever in the diagnostic.
- NANelson AlexanderJul 31, 20261.0Loved this Ken Towery for years. Felt like I could trust them. However, was lied to about which oil change package I had always gotten and upsold. Also lied about my brakes and their condition. I don’t trust new management. Found a new place.
- LELorna EvansJul 25, 20265.0They were able to fit us in quickly and fix our air-conditioning. The guys were very helpful and kept us informed of what was needed to be done as well as the cost.
