  I had oil change, tire rotation & checked brake light. Was advised of serpentine belt and filters needing replaced - so, I did. Later after driving a bit, the ‘low tire pressure’ icon came on. When I returned to have that fixed - I was shown a loose ‘flap’ on my rear pass. side tire that will need replacing!! Why, when they worked on my tires, was that Not Shown to me before I left the shop??!! I have All my maintenance done at your shop! Do I need to go somewhere else?! I’m Vrry Disappointed!!

  Went to get all for my tires replaced because I had a hole in the sidewall of one. The service tech told me that I only needed to replace one. But unfortunately when the technician looked at it he said that I needed an alignment which my car did not need. recommended the brakes be done both the rotors and the brake pads. As a technician I don't agree on doing the rotors and the brake pads when the brake pads aren't worn that much and I had taken my rotors off to check to make sure that they were still true and they were so therefore the brake pads would have been the only thing that needed to be replaced. I appreciate that they offered the extra services as they were getting close to time to do them but adding extra stuff to it doesn't bode well for the company.

  Pulled into Ken Towery because I had a tire loosing pressure. Have never been to a Ken Towery before but will definitely be back! They were so kind and helpful! DJ went above and beyond what I expected! This location did not have any patches and he found a store that did and got it taken care of for me in what felt like record time!

  The only issue I had was that I made an 8:30 a.m. appointment, and I walked back home, but I expected for my car to be done with an oil change, and tire rotation in, at the most, an hour maybe even 2, but my car wasn’t ready until 1 p.m. the service technician did tell me at the beginning of the appointment, that there was only one technician
