  I had extended warranty on my tires that I bought from this place, and when the indicator came on that one of the tires was low, I called and made an appointment and was able to get right in, and the technicians were able to identify the problem and fixed it for me for no charge. I was very appreciative of their help in service.

  Ken Towery’s patched my tire last week and it was very easy and quick! Unfortunately, the tire caught another nail just 48 hours later. I took it back in and they were so gracious to patch this one as well as if it was done with the first. They had me in and out in less than 45 minutes. Thanks Ken Towery’s!

  On 7/15/26 I got a low tire pressure warning. I get out and see it is indeed low. I take it to Ken Towery because I got 2 new tires that have a warranty from March due to hitting a pothole. Tire couldn’t be patched. Nail in wall. They go to replace and in doing so broke the tire sensor. I thought something wasn’t right when they told me this would take 45 minutes and it was taking longer. Manager said “low profile cars are tricky.” But it was okay the last time? Anyway I go to pay, 79.10 and that’s when he tells me yeah we’ve been trying to get new equipment but they don’t do anything blah blah blah we broke your sensor here’s a new one but we can’t repair it. So the next day I have to leave work early to get this sensor put on at a different Ken Towery location. When I get to the other Ken Towery it was NOT the sensor. It was a piece broke off from a tool during the day before’s install. How you could not tell the difference is wild to me. I tried talking to the original store about a refund because of the inconvenience of having to go to another store, and it being incorrect. the manger said well you would have had to go anyway to get the part removed from your tire. I don’t see how they did a proper tire install when part of it was the TPMS inspection and reset when you said you broke my sensor. I was told he was busy doing other things and would have to look into it later. Which told me he would not. And as of today, he didn’t. I will never go back to Ken Towery, and tell everyone I know of the disorganization and lack of mechanic experience.
