Honestly I’ve been putting off this bad review for a while, hoping each time I go to Ken Towery’s that I’ll have a better experience. Each time they text asking for a review. Well here it is. I’m so done with this horrible business. I strayed from my beloved Discount Tire and bought one set of tires here because they were close to our new home. I’ve been paying for that mistake for 45,0000 miles now. The initial purchase of the tires was my only good experience. Everything after has been terrible. I got a screw in one of the tires a few weeks after purchase, which was covered by warranty. I had to stop at a different Ken Towery location for the repair. They were too busy to help and sent me on my way with a leaking tire. I stopped at another nearby location where they patched the tire, but it continued to leak. So I had to go back to the one where I purchased the tires for a second repair which held. Regular rotations were included with the price of the tires. EVERY SINGLE time I’ve gone in for a rotation I ask to make sure they will reset the TPMS. The first guy said they charge extra for that, which is crazy and not true. He said they would do it anyway but they did not. I’ve had the tires rotated 4 or 5 times and they have not once reset the TPMS or corrected the tire pressure when swapping tires from front to back. Absolutely awful service. I went to Discount Tire for years and NEVER had any such issue. I also had them replace a fuel filter when I was there for one tire rotation. The guy tried to charge me $600!…for a fuel filter! He then said oops it’s supposed to be $300! Wrong! Finally I got the real price of $160. Just bad service all around.

Terrible shop. Change hours if you’re not actually going to be open until the time specified… bunch of lazy employees. Literally watched the guy do nothing for 40 minutes but didn’t have time to look at my tire for a leak.

At the end of a 3,000-mile road trip through the southern United States in my Porsche 718 Cayman, wouldn't you know it, I got some sidewall damage in my right front tire in Louisville, and started losing pressure rapidly. Fortunately, I was able to roll in to Ken Towery's before going flat. Due to the nature of the damage, I had to get two new Pirelli P Zeros for the front, which they did not stock in the store. They ordered them same-day delivery from their warehouse (which took a couple hours), mounted, balanced, aligned, and got me rolling on my journey back home before the end of the business day. Shout-out to assistant manager Dave Booth for making sure it all happened same-day. Great work.

Genuinely terrible. They told me my alternator was bad and that they needed to do a “coolant flush” which was going to cost me $2100 minimum. I took it to another place that gave me a quote for half the price and confirmed that a “coolant flush” was unnecessary and made no sense. I still had to pay the $209 diagnositc fee just to get my car back. I got news back from the other shop that my battery terminals were a bit corroded and that is what was causing the issue. My alternator tested good after that. This other place saved me over $2000 that this scam shop was going to rob me of. Genuinely ridiculous and an embarrasing business model.
