  Make sure you lock your vehicle and take pictures of the inside and out of the vehicle before giving it to them. They were careless with my car and it got broken into and 300+ dollars worth of stuff was taken and my car was destroyed.

  I have come to this place 3 times and I got kick out the 3 times, the first time I go around 6:30 pm when they STILL OPEN, and they tell me that all technicians left that I should come tomorrow. So I go in the morning but they tell me, it would take 2 hours to check my tire, since I had no time to stay, I decided to set an appointment for the same day at 5:45 - 6:00 pm, when I get there at my appt. time, they say that all technicians are about to leave while they STILL OPEN, so literally a waste of time. The worst part is that I only need a patch work, which wouldn't have taken more than ~20 min. especially with all the equipment they have. If all your technician leave at 6, close the store at time, don't say is open while there's nobody there. PS: They open at 7:30 am and technicians clock in at 8:30 am

  My husband and I came here for years without issue but after recent changes, we won’t be back. I dropped off at 8:30am and called in around lunch for an update after not hearing anything, I was told they hadn’t started yet but my car was up next. They finished at 4:30pm and comped the cost for the significant delay. I hadn’t even made it home when Chris at the desk called to tell me they noticed a new oil leak on the ground after I left and that I needed to come back. I returned immediately but Chris tried to punt the repair until the next day because the mechanic was “about to leave” (it was 2 hours before closing time). The manager had the issue diagnosed in minutes. Chris then told us that it was too late in the day to get the replacement part and got defensive when we asked about setting up a rental car for work tomorrow since they would have to keep my car despite having had it all day for what was supposed to be routine maintenance. Again, the manager addressed it immediately and said that they actually could get the necessary part in 15 minutes and do the repair the same day. The manager was super nice, quick, and helpful but after almost 10 hours of work and having a worker try to mislead us, we will not be returning.
