  Amazing service even last minute for same day tire patches! Everyone is really kind and they do a great job. Highly recommend!

  Came in for a tire change, but unfortunately the experience was not accommodating at all. I asked them to replace the new tire with the rear tire they had previously installed because the rim on the new tire has a noticeable wobble. Unfortunately, it felt like they were unwilling to listen to or properly address the concern. I expected much better customer service.

  Great customer service, nice and quick. I had a leak in my tire, thinking cause I couldn't see a nail thought it be worse than it actually was. 45 min wait time which was great timing even thou they had 3 people I saw before me. So close to home, Will be back!

  I was able to get a day of appointment on a Sunday and waited to get my tire repaired. The showroom and wait area were clean. The repair didn’t take long and the tech was very friendly.

  I had an issue with a brake pad that was rattling. I was initially told $1185 for the repairs. When I told them I couldn’t pay that much suddenly I didn’t need new ball bearings, etc. They then quoted me around $800. The receipt shows charges that are mathematically incorrect and after the repair they added on a $229 brake service fee. Nothing was done to any wheel except the one that was rattling. When I called Monro (owning/operating company) I was told if I can find a comparison quote they would refund me the difference. They didn’t list on the receipt the work they did and there’s no explanation of why after the repair was done I needed a separate $229 brake service. I will never use any Ken Towery again
