  Haney took excellent care of me and made me feel like family. He talked to me like I was his homie and explained the best course of action for the long term solutions to my issues. 10/10 experience.

  I was happy with the service and the price was comparable to other places. I wasn’t happy with the lack of attention to detail. I got four new tires and only one had a valve stem cap. I also got an oil change and a reminder sticker wasn’t put on my windshield. I had to return the next day to get the stuff that was forgotten.

  Made an appointment for 12:30 pm my car sat out front for 1 hour and a half before a had to ask how much longer. 3:04 pm my car still in the air asked if something was wrong with my car and was told they got the wrong filter. You can't communicate that to me? I been here 2 and a half hours with no hope in sight. This is the second Ken Towerys that has lost all my bussiness. Westport road was the first. Horrible service, poor communication. The person that left when I came in had a simular experience with the wait time. In closing they did make it right by not charging me but I'm still suspicious of the oil filter because you can only see a small portion of it through the top. Without taking the aero shield off its hard to see if its new.

  Horrible experience… i went in for a series of 2 weeks trying to get a part fixed.. so many issues with getting the part in.. i was in there for literally hours 2-3 days a week just for them to tell me to come back.. so when i finally get it fixed the problem was still there!!!! I paid over $2000 just for the problem to still exist. I let it go but a few months later found myself with a nail in my tire and since i got my tires from Ken towery i figured I’d go back.. so i wait over an hour to get it “plugged” i leave and go to work when i get out of work the same tire is completely flat! Like what did you plug ? Then the icing on the cake was when i called the store to speak with a manager and got hung up on twice! I will NEVER come back to ken towery don’t waste your time or money

  I never write negative reviews, but it feels necessary to warn anyone trusting this business. I brought my car in, having A/C problems and screeching brakes. They diagnosed my car and told me it would cost $4,500 to fix the issues they had found. That price seemed steep, so I spoke to 5 other auto repair shops in Louisville. Every other shop gave me a lower price and I was told repeatedly that my car was misdiagnosed by Ken Towery for issues that did not align with the problems my car was having. I understand every business does what they can to make money, but this place blatantly took advantage of my lack of knowledge. My car has since been worked on by another business and all issues have been resolved without touching multiple parts that Ken Towery said needed to be fixed.
