  I needed some specialty work done on my car. I called Ken Towery’s on Brownsboro Rd, Louisville Kentucky and scheduled an appointment. Travis was my service technician. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Fair pricing and warranted work. She’s running great and I will go back for other services.

  Not really too positive. Based on prior experiences, I was not expecting it to be great, but they’re the only gig open on a Sunday. Made an appointment online as the website says to do, but when I showed up there, the gentleman at the counter said my appointment time would not be honored and my car not be serviced till about four or five hours later. At that .4 or five hours later, they tell me they couldn’t fix the tire. And they don’t have any tires like mine that anywhere near. Tires would have to be shipped from the West Coast. I asked if the ones they did have had a similar tread pattering. He confirmed yes. I confirmed the purchase but when I picked it up, the tread pattern is completely different. It’s amazing how this place stays in business and has so many locations.

  This store helped me out and got me on the road on Derby weekend when nobody else could. After calling around several places, David said he didn't have a tech on hand but he could replace my front rotors himself. Had me out the door in 4 hours time Thank you so much 🙏

  The employees are polite and friendly. No pressure to buy anything. Great service great job got me in and out on four tires and an oil change. I would highly recommend the store. I wish they had told me there was a half price oil change in a few days.

  I had an appointment for an oil change. I discussed vibration with the manager and he said my tires needed to be replaced, so I purchased those as well. My vibration problem has not been remedied, and my car was also damaged during service. The running boards on my SUV were bent, even though I had a conversation with the manager (before providing service) about the need to be careful when they put the car on the lift. After my service was complete and I discovered the damage, I spoke to the manager. He stated he “blew off my comments about the running boards. That would be like you telling me how to change a tire.“ I’m currently in the process of getting an estimate for repairs.
