I struggle to determine how to write this review. On the one hand, I received excellent service when it came to the replacement of the tire itself. I was on the way out of town and discovered a defect in the sidewall of the tire. I noticed this at 11:30am, arrived at the Tire Center at noon and by 12:30 I was on the road. It was terrific service and though the price was $35 more than a competitor, the quickness with which they changed the tire was appreciated and worth it. What made this a not great experience was that the person manning the counter, when finding out that I live in a neighborhood that he grew up in, made a racist comment. He told me where he had grown up, which is a place that has a large Asian population, and mentioned that his cat was "the only one in the building to die of natural causes." He found that funny to play with a racist trope. I didn't. I didn't speak up, shamefully, because I wanted to get the tire done and get out of there. But I'd hope ownership would take this kind of thing seriously. I certainly won't be back to that location and don't ever want to do business with that particular representative again.

I arrived for a oil change and tire rotation at 9:20. Nobody not counter to wait on customers. A guy finally appeared. At 9:35 they took my car to a bay. Other customers arrived and Nobody at counter to wait on them. They had to wait until the man decided to come in and wait on them. He spent all his time out in the bays talking. At least 3 men pulled into the parking lot and got out and walked into the bays. Standing around talking. I couldn't get anyone's attention to ask about my car. Finally at 11:45 I walked outside and walked up to the bays and interrupted them talking asking when my car was going to be done. Finally at noon, I got my car. You have lost me as a customer. I understand being short handed but Standing around talking isn't getting the job done. .
