Fantastic service and so helpful and friendly! We were having issues with one tire on our rental car the tire pressure was low so we put air in a few times and still low. We stopped at kens and they found the problem fixed the valve got us in quick so grateful we stopped here. Great customer service! Thank you!

Excellent work. Went in with a squeaky wheel and they diagnosed and determined what was needed to fix it. Haven't heard the squeak since. They were very thorough in their diagnosis and were quick with the remedy. I will be back.

First I'm going to start by saying I use these people more than one time and for some reason this one time I've asked them since I have a problem with my brakes how much is your diagnostic fee he says 125 I said cool when can I get a chance for you guys to look at my brakes he says we're all booked up today I said I understand that you're completely busy now when is there another chance that I can come get somebody to look at my brakes he said Monday I said is there any chance I could just sit here and wait for someone to miss an appointment and hopefully take their spot he said no but then I said well how about I just drop it off he said you can drop it off but you can't stay here I said is there any situation where I could stay here and just wait for someone to miss an appointment and I feel in their spot he says no your truck can stay but you can't I asked him how about make an appointment he says yes you can make appointment for Monday but you can't stay I asked him for what reason could I not stay he says you just can't do that that's not how we work I said so I can't stay in the lobby for an appointment and I can't stay in the building if I drop it off I feel like they're saying that we can take your money but you are not welcome here

The technicians did a great job on changing my oil and getting a stripped bolt out of the skid plate. I appreciate their work.

Brian was extremely helpful even though he typically works at the Shepardsville location. This location doesn’t have the best reputation as far as getting your car in to be seen because they never have a mechanic on staff. That day was my lucky day since a manager and mechanic from different locations were on sight. Got my car back up in running with 2 new tires and tire rods.
