  Brian was extremely helpful even though he typically works at the Shepardsville location. This location doesn’t have the best reputation as far as getting your car in to be seen because they never have a mechanic on staff. That day was my lucky day since a manager and mechanic from different locations were on sight. Got my car back up in running with 2 new tires and tire rods.

  Avoid Ken Towery. I bought a brand-new tire, and within a week it developed a bulge. When I brought it back, they immediately blamed me for hitting a curb—which never happened—and refused to stand behind the tire they sold. On top of that, they quoted me nearly $5,000 for repairs that were nowhere near that expensive elsewhere. The whole experience felt dishonest and overpriced. Poor customer service, no accountability, and outrageous estimates. I won’t be back.

  I took my car in for a battery light that had come on, a stutter when driving at higher speeds, and a blower fan that had quit . I was told after 3 days of having my car that the battery light and the stutter was fixed due to needing a new alternator and serpentine belt. I declined on the blower fan due to the $800 that they wanted to charge me, and the fact that it is not a necessity at this time. After those 3 days I was charged over $2000. Less than 24 hours later I was then stranded on the side of a major interstate because as I was driving the stutter returned and I lost all power in my car. I had to wait for over 3 hours for their contracted towing company to arrive to get me off of the highway and return the car to the shop. I am currently waiting on it to be corrected. I am sure they are going to try to charge me another $2k + for repairs that they stat d was corrected the first time. I will start using the private, small name, non Franchise mechanics from here on out. The charges, broken promises and disrespect is too much.
