  Absolutely Amazing Experience! I want to give a huge thank you to Ben at Jeff Wyler Nissan for making my car-buying experience such a great one! From the very beginning, Ben actually listened to what I wanted and what I didn’t want. He never made me feel pressured or tried to push me into something that wasn’t right for me. Ben was patient, honest, helpful, and truly took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. That kind of customer service makes all the difference when purchasing a vehicle. I am now a proud owner of a 2026 Nissan Pathfinder, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!   I just want to give a wonderful review to Rebecca Zukanovic and the service staff at Jeff Wyler Nissan on Shelbyville Road! They treated me with so much kindness, respect and definitely went the extra mile with helping me get to and from work while my car was in service. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem same day and provided so much relief to a stressed out mama! Thank you!

  I went in not expecting much. I have not had much luck with Jeff Wyler dealerships over the years. However, we met Rebekah at the door. She was nice and helped us look at a truck we had seen online. We test drive the truck and liked it, but we're not sure we could make a good deal. Rebekah introduced us to Justin who did some financial figures for us. Both Rebekah and Justin worked with us to get us in this truck and within our budget. I am 63 years old and I have been to several car dealerships over the years and this experience rates in the top two if not number one in how I felt I was treated! They were not pushy and they were responsive to what we needed to get into a new vehicle. I would recommend you give them a try when you're car shopping.

  I had my vehicle serviced here for my last oil change. Upon going to a Valvoline for a new oil change, the mechanic showed me photos where 3 of the 4 flat screws to the skid plate were stripped. I called this dealership to let them know she couldnt access the oil filter and that I needed them to remove the screws and replace the filter. I arrived at 11:05 and had told that I may want to go to the other Jeff Wyler that I purchased my Honda from because it MIGHT still be under warranty. Im not driving to another dealership when this location caused the damage. I was told 90 minutes later that the screws needed to be ordered and delivered. 2 hours in, I'm told that they sent the wrong screws so they'll have to come from that Dixie dealership. I voiced my frustrations to which he responded, "thats why I said you may want to go there because we may not have the parts on hand". No sir, you only spoke of the warranty. 3 hours later the screws are replaced and I'm finally out the door. Zero apology for the wait or anything of the nature. Definitely done with this dealership in its entirety.
