Tyler in the Wyler Nissan Service Center is an absolute asset to the team! From the moment I checked in to the time I picked up my vehicle, he made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. His outgoing personality, professionalism, and genuine kindness immediately stood out.
Tyler took the time to answer my questions, kept me informed, and made sure I felt valued as a customer. Even though he was checking me out after my vehicle was serviced, he never made me feel rushed. Instead, he made the interaction personal, welcoming, and memorable.
Exceptional customer service is hard to come by these days, but Tyler sets the standard. He’s knowledgeable, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond to make every customer feel appreciated. Wyler Nissan is fortunate to have someone of his caliber representing their service department.

I went to see a vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. It was advertised for $38,743 and the listing stated that it had 31 miles. However, when I arrived, I discovered that the vehicle actually had almost 4,700 miles on it.
I asked that the price be adjusted to reflect the actual mileage. Instead of lowering the price, they not only increased the overall cost but also added nearly $5,000 worth of accessories.
To make matters worse, the sales manager never even came to my table to speak with me or provide any explanation. In my opinion, the customer service was extremely poor and very disappointing.
Today I checked the dealership’s website again. They have updated the vehicle’s mileage to reflect the correct number of miles, but they kept the price exactly the same.

Went in for an oil change and Tyler@wyler was the one I had the pleasure to work with. He was an extremely great guy and knowledgeable of all the services needed as he offer me what was recommended plus told me a few other things and what to remember for next time. He explained everything and went above and beyond to make sure I understood. He’s definitely a great guy and will help you with whatever you need. super excited i purchased a 2022 vw taos, 72k miles on it. less than 3 days after purchase, check engine light came on. took it in for service, they said it was fine. the NEXT day the light was back on. took it back in and they said i needed a software update and i don’t have any warranty. i’m about to be out $2000 on a car i just bought off the lot. no one will contact me back, after multiple emails and being put through to voice mails. i’m leaving this review. i understand i didn’t get a warranty but had i know id have the car for less than a month and cant drive it, i would have walked away. also, im still waiting on my second key and no one will respond about that either. shady.

If I could leave no stars I would. Jeff Wyler Nissan of Louisville, KY is a dealership I would strongly caution others about.
My son’s girlfriend purchased a car there with $10k cash on Friday night. The only issue she was told about was that the rear-end bushings needed attention, which she was assured is a common issue with Chevrolet Malibus.
However, after leaving the lot, the car began burning oil. When she checked the oil level, she also discovered what appears to be an oil leak. She returned to the dealership, but they refused to help, stating that the vehicle was sold “as is.” And would not help her at all or make it right.
In addition to the mechanical issues, she was told the car had been detailed before the sale, but that was clearly not the case. The interior was still dirty, as shown in the attached photos.
This is not okay. If a vehicle has significant issues that become apparent immediately after purchase, customers should be made aware of them before the sale. Selling a vehicle while representing it as being in better condition than it actually is feels deceptive and misleading.
While used vehicles can come with risks, customers deserve honesty, transparency, and full disclosure about a vehicle’s condition.
