  I just purchased my third new vehicle from Jeff Wyler Nissan (two in 2017 and now this one). I told Ms. Ros exactly what I wanted, and even had a strict deadline for rolling out of the dealership in my new vehicle. They respected all of those demands and met me where I needed to be. When I’m in the market for a fourth new vehicle, it will likely come from Jeff Wyler Nissan.

  Working with Rebekah M. was effortless and very easy. She knew the answer to every question i had, she knew exactly which direction to point me in for what i needed, and wanted. Extremely professional. Zero pressure, no huge rush, highly knowledgeable, and stayed true to what she said. I left with confidence that i made the correct choice in the truck that i purchased.   My husband bought his truck here today and we absolutely loved the service we received from Rebekah Morales. She is a natural at customer service: she's kind, attentive, listens and is willing to help with anything you need without pressure. She also introduced us to the service staff, which were also warm and friendly.   Every dealership I went to appeared to be most concerned with meeting their quota and the car wasn’t even remotely quality compared to the price they suggested. I went from searching for a gently used vehicle to purchasing brand new because of how honest and reliable the people were helping me.   I bought a brand new 2025 Nissan Frontier S from Avon Nissan which is two hours from our house. As we drove the vehicle home we noticed what sounded like wind noises coming into the cab when you reach speeds of 60+ miles per hour. We contacted the Avon dealer and they said we could take it to any dealer to get looked at. We took it to Coyle Nissan who refused to look at it because it had to do with the windshield (they said) and just kicked the can down the road. I finally reached out to Jeff Wyler Nissan and the lady (Rebecca Zukanovic) sounded real nice on the phone, I explained to her the situation and she told me this was a common issue of these new frontiers have windshield seal problems and that they had to replace one before. She set up the appointment for Saturday July 11 in which I brought the vehicle in to get looked at ( I even took multiple videos of the issue). Saturday comes around I meet withTyler Hall who takes over the case and later that day he calls me back and says that this is a known warranty issue and they this will put some foam inserts in the cab to fix the issue. I picked up the truck and was very thankful and on the way home the vehicle was not fixed. I called back twice left multiple messages were I mentioned that we may have to go ahead and replace the seal and there was no response. I was ghosted. What a say way to deal with customers who spend a lot of money purchasing these vehicles and the extra warranty, to not have issues looked at. I do not recommend using this dealership for any service. So the problem is still not resolved.
