  I’ve been meaning to leave this review for over a week. Late one weekday, I started my Honda and immediately noticed a terrible sound when my car move forward. After checking multiple times, I couldn’t find the source. Jeff Wyler Honda service took my call and immediately gave me clear info about what they could do and possible next steps. I was able to get to their location nearby and they were able to find the problem almost immediately: a walnut had lodged itself in my brake system next to my tires, hence the noise. While a more involved problem would have had to wait until the next morning, they were able to remove it for me and get me back on the road that night. I had my young child with me at the time and it was such a comfort to have someone listen and help to the best of their ability, even at the end of the day when I am sure they were trying to wrap up. Definitely has won my future business.

  I came in knowing very little about the process on buying a car and Armando made it super easy and made sure i understood everything I was getting myself into! If you ever go in make sure to talk to Armando!

  This place is the worst experience I've had when purchasing a vehicle. Went there to test drive a vehicle I seen on the internet and it runs out of gas in parking lot before getting a chance to test drive. I found another car I was interested, 2019 Civic, at first they didn't want to stand behind they're internet pricing. After fighting tooth and nail, finance manager Gary agreed because I advised its misleading for business and not trustworthy to consumers. Our salesman, Joshua never had answers to my questions and didn't know much. I start application for approval and they changed the price on me, never went over APR with me, never asked how long I want to finance car, keep showing me the MSRP price not price we agreed too. Gary stated he sent information over to a bank for approval without going over anything with me. Finally asked for finance manager, Gary, he comes come out and speak with us. Oh boy, he was rude, hostile tone, stated he don't work for us, advised we wasted his time because we didn't agree to numbers they kept showing us, and stated he don't have to sell me a car, slammed down folder and walked away. I asked for his name, he stated, " he didn't have to tell me this is his store and continued to walked away". I asked my salesman Joshua for name again and he basically shrugged his shoulder, and didn't provide name. This was very unprofessional on both of their parts. I'll definitely shop elsewhere.
