  Fair price on used cars. However, they did not explain the financing part in detail. They told me the 1st payment would be 2 months from purchase date, but didn't mention the auto payment would be deducted sooner than that. I was lucky enough to have enough in my bank for the withdrawal, however it really messed up my accounting for the month. Then when I reached out for more information on that, they never called me back. Make sure you read EVERYTHING before signing and ask questions about their banks and auto withdrawals including dates. Also, make sure you have at least half a day to purchase a car, they take their time with everything involved.

  Shawn S. sold me a car a few months ago, and he was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. His communication was excellent, and he consistently followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. Even after the sale, his customer service has been outstanding. When I recently needed a new key fob, Shawn didn’t hesitate to help and got everything taken care of quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers long after the paperwork is signed. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Shawn. You won’t be disappointed!

  I just completed service for my Honda Odyssey and was extremely impressed with the facility. The high-tech scanner for alignment was a first for me and tickled by this capability. But most important was Kriss, my service advisor. Truly professional is an understatement. Not to take away from the others in the shop but she was amazing. Although I arrived extremely early for my appointment, she went above and beyond to accommodate. She explained each step of the process and what I shod expect. I knew before the appointment that it was going to be a long day. Kriss consistently checked on me throught the day to ensure I was ok and if I needed anything. I added on a few services not mentioned in the initial booking; however, she ensured to was added to the list and got accomplished. It was great having a place to work while I waited. The app/notifications were timely and easy to follow the status of my service. I love the software. Although this was the first time meeting Kriss, she treated me as if we have know each other for a long time. I even noticed this with her interactions with other customers. Jeff Wyler and Team, especially Kriss, got it right when it comes to customer satisfaction. Kudos out to Victor who sold us the Van as well. Truly a dynamic duo. Cheers!!!!

  Car salesman usually get a bad rep but Noah was the most patient and relatable person I have ever worked with. He was real and you could tell it wasn’t just about getting a deal he wanted to ensure I found the car I love. The car had a minor chip in the windshield and he texted me to ensure that was okay. (I appreciated that) long story short if you go to Jeff Wyler Honda ask for Noah he will take great care of you and make the process effortless. There are good salesman out there and Noah has a bright future
