We had the BEST experience working with Kel on our trade in and purchase. He was so friendly, helpful, and quick too! I had an excellent experience at Jeff Wyler Honda purchasing my brand new 2026 Honda Prologue! Victor Castillo made the entire process smooth, fast, and stress-free from start to finish. He was very prompt, professional, and made me feel genuinely welcomed the moment I arrived.
Victor offered drinks, made sure I was comfortable, and created a very inviting environment throughout the whole experience. The purchasing process was quick and easy, and he answered all my questions with patience and knowledge.

This is the worst dealership of any sort that I’ve ever been to. A simplesearch of their track record is all it takes online. They have a D- with the BBB. The salesman “J-LEN 🤣” made me believe that the truck I bought had a “interior/exterior appearance warranty that I thought was free. When I realized it was an extra 1300 or so dollars that I originally thought was taxes, I’d already signed the loan and they won’t return the money. They told me to file a refund request then called me a week later and told me corporate denied the request for a refund. These people are CROOKS. Apparently all Jeff Wyler dealerships are also known for selling bogus warranties that don’t actually cover anything. Don’t be a fool like me. Just do your homework and take your business somewhere else to avoid a potential headache.

This was my second experience buying a new vehicle from Jeff Wyler Honda. Noah Baugher was my sales associate and he was awesome. He was very polite and attentive to my needs and not the typical pushy sales guy. He listened to what I wanted and delivered the exact car I requested. I was short on time but I still was in and out relatively quickly. He even answered my calls after the sell when I had some questions about my new vehicle and took time the next day to show me in person more features on my vehicle. 10 out of 10.

My experience was so BAD I thought I was on a hidden camera show. To begin with I was getting a car but it had to be serviced first. Several days later I am messaged by multiple people to come pick up my car saying "your car is ready for pick up" get there and informed they actually sold the car several weeks ago. So me and my daughter sit for 3 hours ( I assumed so I can choose a different car) just to be told right before they close that the bank wouldn't be able to send back approval until the following day. It seemed weird that I needed to get another bank approval when I had already been approved for the car that they already sold. I DIDNT EVEN REALIZE THEY WOULD BE RUNNING OUR CREDIT AGAIN BACK TO BACK ABOUT 6 ON EACH TOTALING ABOUT 12 TIMES. HARD CREDIT CHECKS EFFECT UR CREDIT AND THAT MANY TIMES. WHY ARE YOU STILL RUNNING MY CREDIT IF I WAS APPROVED? I'm not in the car selling business but if I was approved by a bank on a amount for the car they sold then another car in that price range would be next option but idk they are the professionals right???? . I was so irritated after sitting there for hours and being ignored until they wanted to get rid of me because they needed to close. Few weeks go by I get another message saying they apologize and yes my initial approval should of been valid and I should of been able to pick a different vehicle after it was discovered mine was sold. So I go back thinking they had straighten out the whole mess and I could finally get a car. No I go back (per their request to "make it right") I was in contact with them up until I walked in the building. I'm 5 mins away ect. I walk through the door.. they are asking questions like it's the first time I've talked to them. I reexplain the experience I've had with them the 2 times before. I sit about 15 mins and they come tell me my down payment is 4,000$ more then it was on the car they sold originally. Are u joking? Wasted my time and money to Uber up there because I was told I would be leaving in a vehicle since I had already been approved originally. AND MY CREDIT IS PROBABLY BEEN RAN ANOTHER DOZEN TIMES!! THIS IS ONLY A BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE NIGHTMARE IVE HAD WITH THIS PLACE. MY FAULT FOR ASSUMING BECAUSE THIS WAS HONDA DEALERSHIP AND NOT SOME SLEAZY CAR SHOP AROUND THE CORNER, I EXPECTED WAY MORE. IM STILL DUMBFOUNDED BY IT ALL. Saying this to say... DONT THINK BECAUSE ITS A DEALERSHIP U WILL GET ANY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE OR BE ABLE TO TRUST THAT THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. BEWARE THEY ABSOLUTELY ARENT ANY BETTER THEN ANY SLEAZY CAR LOT AROUND THE CORNER.
