**Take this as your sign to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!**
I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. My car was there for over 5 weeks.
The repairs were replacing the window and fixing some minor scratches caused by the break-in on my camaro.
When I finally got my car back, I discovered that the passenger-side door had not been properly reassembled. The door panel was installed so poorly that when I took my car somewhere else to have the tint replaced, the person working on it immediately noticed the poor assembly and was shocked and laughed at the condition of the work. Apparently I was also missing a bolt on my door.
Just incase you run into the same situation, I also had to have the tint replaced because the replacement window was returned to me without the tint that had been on my car before the break-in.
On top of that, I was told that the glass installed by Gerber appeared to be aftermarket rather than Chevrolet-manufactured glass.
After waiting over 5 weeks for my car, I shouldn't have had to take it somewhere else to have basic issues with the repair corrected.
The entire experience was incredibly disappointing. The amount of time my car was kept, the lack of proper assembly, and having to pay for additional work afterward were unacceptable.
**Save yourself the headache and take your car somewhere else.**
There are three Gerber glass and collision in Louisville area, ten pin has the lowest star rating. Just saying!!

We chose Gerber because they were a preferred body-repair shop for the insurance company of the person who rear-ended our car. Would not recommend them. The repairs took over a month to complete and the updates went like this:
Week 2: "Your car is just waiting to go into the paint booth."
Week 3: "Your car is just waiting to go into the paint booth."
Week 4: "Your car is just waiting to go into the paint booth."
On week 5, repairs were finally complete. Our vehicle had the back windshield busted out, and it was left dirty/dusty throughout the interior and the back tailgate was still damaged from the accident. We had to stay longer for them to clean it out, when this should have already been done.
If you're looking for a smooth, efficient process, I'd look elsewhere!

I experienced highly unprofessional and aggressive behavior from this guy, Daniel. He raised his voice and was extremely rude, forcing me to hang up the phone. He called back to escalate the situation and offered to pay for the repairs out of his pocket, but due to his conduct, I no longer wish to deal with him, so i say i hasta to say and later, I received another call from one of the secretaries, who apologized for the incident and offered a refund for the money already paid. I will never recommend a place like this; the work is worthless.

The Collision shop associated with my car dealership was very difficult to deal with. I was trying to stay loyal but when they refused to check to ensure they could get a part for my 2026 Hyundai Sonata, I used a collision shop recommended by my insurance company. I was extremely delighted with all aspects of working with Gerber. The part was onsite when I brought my car in and the repairs were completed in less than 2 days. The dealership told me it would be at least 3 days IF they could get the part. Gerber will always be my first choice if I ever need work done in the future.
