  Gerber did great work repairing my car after i hit a deer. They worked directly with my insurance and got my car back to me quickly. They kept me updated throughout the process and the front desk staff was friendly.

  The team was very helpful when I was having trouble with the other driver's insurance, and took extra time to make sure my concerns were addressed. The work was completed on schedule, and the paperwork process (on the Gerber side) couldn't have been easier.

  Super friendly when they communicate, but their work is crap. I should not have to show someone an issue 3 times for it to be fixed. Does no one check the work or they don't care? After bringing my vehicle back for a "30 minute" fix to replace the crappy after market trim piece and have a door they replaced realigned because they hung it incorrectly when replacing it, they had my car for over 2 days. I also realized that there is now a new area of scratches on the driver's door on the other side of the vehicle they worked on! I will be contacting my insurance to let them know the issues. If need be, I will file a claim against them to have my vehicle properly fixed elsewhere.

  I thought i would never see my car normal again and they brought my car back to life. If I never need repairs done again I will never go anywhere else but here.

  Can't put a car back together worth a damn. Charged insurance for oem parts but used all cheap aftermarket junk. My radiator fan fell out on the way home, currently sitting on the side of the road waiting for a tow. Can't paint in a clean environment, I have tons of dirt in the brand new paint. The worst work I've ever seen come out of a shop. I was banned from their lot after my second pick up for pointing out plan stupidity and lack of workmanship. Have new damage to my back bumper that wasn't there before. All around bad and shitty people. You have an issue, they'll just ban you so they dont have to deal with you. BEWARE OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS!
