  Rented a cargo van. It was almost brand new, clean and comfortable. The staff who took are of this rental were absolutely amazing. Friendly and helpful.

  They were very considerate of our needs and accommodating us to the best of there abilities at the time. This verses that as in ford to chevy we prefer Ford but ended up in a Chevy, but it was brand spankin new it wasnt bad, just not a Ford. Thank you for caring about the customer. Definately will reuse this facility

  Josh and his team are truly incredible!! I found myself in a difficult situation when a large SUV I had reserved two months in advance with another rental car company (Budget) for spring break was suddenly unavailable at pickup. I was honestly shocked and needed to quickly find an alternative. I reached out to Enterprise with an urgent need for a vehicle that could accommodate transporting my collapsible bar to Atlanta for a major event. Josh immediately stepped in with genuine empathy and a solutions-oriented approach. He worked quickly to identify the best option and ensured I was able to continue my plans without disruption. The level of professionalism, care, and commitment to customer satisfaction demonstrated by Josh and his team was exceptional. If I could give this location 10 stars, I absolutely would. This experience truly set a high standard for what customer service should feel like.
