- CRChareka ROANMay 31, 20261.0WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. THEY ARE RUDE. Would give no stars but its not possible. We rented a 15 passenger van around February for our family vacation May 28th. end of March we got a call the worker said he was calling to make sure we had the money to rent the van before they requested it from corporate or whatever and something about might not be able to get it by the time we set our request for. After all that was said and done May 26th we went in to verify everything gave them the credit card and everything seemed smooth. May 28 we go to pick the van up and are told we have a extra fee added and we must use their insurance and not our own and also the card we showed them the day before was expired (we accepted our part of the blame for that) so we had to figure out other transportation plans the day we were supposed to leave. worst experience ever from the time we got the first call saying he needed to make sure we even had the money before he would request the van. Our vacation went amazing we ended up using our own vehicles to drive to Florida saving over $1,000.
