  I had an accident on June 5th of this year in northern Kentucky, up by Cincinnati. I have a very lucrative auto insurance company who reserved me a vehicle. The location that they reserved it at did not have anything available. No 1 in 3 markets had anything available until the following Monday. I went to one of their other locations to pick up, said, reservation 3 days post accident and was verbally accosted and discriminated against as a veteran. After that, I was given the back-and-forth telephone game between corporate enterprise. Telling me that this or that branch had a vehicle when they actually did not. 7 days post accident. The branch manager from this location reached out to me and gave me the best news ever said that they had a reservation for me. They had a vehicle there for me, for me to come and pick up my rental. Before I got there, they were so kind. They explained to me the process. What I was going to need to bring with me and how to go about getting said items. When I did get there, they were so friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, professional and empathetic. I would recommend this location to anybody, including my own grandmother.Y'all stay blessed

  This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with Enterprise. I had a confirmed reservation for 8:00 AM that was made months in advance. I arrived on time with my confirmation email, confirmation number, and reservation showing in the Enterprise app. Instead of being helped, I was accused of hanging up on an employee and told that my reservation was not confirmed. This accusation was completely false. I explained that I had a 9:30 AM appointment that I had already paid a deposit for and that I specifically reserved the vehicle in advance to make it on time. Rather than trying to help find a solution, the manager was dismissive, unprofessional, and showed no concern for the inconvenience being caused. When I asked if I could simply get a vehicle later in the day, I was told there was nothing available and my reservation was canceled. The manager’s attitude, tone, and treatment toward me left me feeling embarrassed, humiliated, and disrespected in front of other customers. I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for over five years and have rented vehicles from multiple locations without any issues. This was the first time I have ever been treated this way, and it was extremely disappointing. Customers deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect, regardless of the circumstances. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

  Enterprise gave me a very nice vehicle to drive while my car was being repaired after my accident. They called me immediately to get an appointment set up and a vehicle. The car was nice, clean and comfortable. Very good customer service and polite staff. The Shively office is the best. Thanks so much!
