  The manager and Timmy, Caleia, were absolutely amazing. It’s not always fun having to get a rental last minute, but they made sure I was in the perfect car. I appreciate them so much and will always come back to this location to be taken care of

  This Branch took real good care of me and help me with whatever situation I had obtaining the vehicle. Mr harrison, Mr reggie, Mr Timmy and the rest of the crew up front were wonderful. However the only issue I had was the car wash crew in the back they do not do a great job of watching the vehicles I was not the only customer who was unsatisfied with the uncleanliness of the vehicle. It's a shame I have to say that because the guys up front go hard for the customers and make sure they're satisfied, it's not a good reflection on them at all. I pray they get the wash crew together. Thank you I will be back.

  The first enterprise location located at 3201 Dixie Highway gave away our rental and we was there in enough time to get it on time. We had to drive to a further enterprise to get a rental after obtaining the rental I needed to extend my car rental for a few more days I called into the online customer service enterprise and the phone people are absolute horrible. They mess up your payments. They give incorrect information on our location car availability. They are absolute horrible. I cannot stress that enough on one of the extensions that I needed to do the phone person acted as if they took the information down was making the payment come to find out when I return the car. They didn't even take the payment so my rental deposit was reduced because they never even took the payment. Very very frustrating. I've dealt with Rental prior with enterprise for a while, but honestly because of the customer service online folks I really don't think I'm returning.
