Other than these issues, the car (a 15-passenger van we specifically requested) was in good mechanical condition and gave us no trouble during our trip. We will very likely return to this office when we need another rental. Recommended.

They went out of their way to honor a particular request I made, and they took care of me and an entire room full of other folks during a crazy day where rentals were high and the fleet was low. I would hope the other customers gave this team high marks as well. I work in sales and they were calm, kind, and overly informative to each customer as their turn came. I will only rent from this location going forward. A+ to the whole squad. Thank you.
