  I would strongly recommend picking up your rental vehicle at the airport rather than this location, as they apparently do not keep vehicles in stock. I arrived this morning to pick up a vehicle I had reserved, only to find there wasn’t a vehicle available anywhere, but they told me I could have one in a "couple of days". Another customer was also sitting there waiting for a vehicle. I genuinely don’t understand the purpose of allowing customers to reserve vehicles if the company has no intention, or ability, to honor those reservations. A reservation should mean a vehicle is reserved and available when the customer arrives. Seemed like I was living in an episode of Seinfeld. Based on my experience, I would recommend picking up at the airport and, frankly, using a different rental company altogether. I have filed complaints with both the BBB and the company’s corporate office. Not because of a complicated billing dispute or an unusual circumstance, but for the simplest reason possible: I reserved a vehicle, showed up as scheduled, and they did not have one to provide. A complete waste of time and an incredibly frustrating experience.
