  Very unfriendly and not knowledgeable. I called for a rental that my insurance adjuster set up for me here, and they told me I had to come into their office. I told them my car was wrecked, so could they bring it to me? The young man on the phone was very rude and replied, "No! You have to come here." So, since I had no way to get there, I just said, "Okay," and hung up. Not feeling very well, I took my pain medication and lay down. At 4 PM that afternoon, someone was knocking on my door. It was Enterprise bringing a car. I told the man I was unaware they were bringing one to me, based on what I was told earlier, and I was not dressed and had taken pain meds and could not leave my house then. After a couple of days' rest, I called them back and asked if I could get a car that day. He quickly replied, "No! I do not have any and won't for three days." He also said none of the other offices had a car available either. I thought that was strange, so I called the LaGrange office, who, after a quick search, said, "Yes, and we will bring it at 3 PM if that works for you." I said, "Great!" They were very nice, unlike the Westport Road location. I will never try to deal with them again. They were rude, and they lied. Weird, since that is their business.

  Terrible service. After I made my reservation, I saw cars available right here in the office parking lot—and saw people renting and picking up vehicles—yet they cancelled my reservation, claiming it was due to a lack of cars. They made me waste time and money on Ubers—both ways. I’m not happy

  Manager was great. Did not have the vehicle I needed but called around and found it. I will be back

  Very helpful. I had to swap out a longterm rental so it could get routine maintenance and they were able to assist eventhough they weren't the location the vehicle originated at. The staff got me into another quality vehicle and were very friendly doing so.
