  Great experience with Enterprise at the Louisville Airport! All of the staff we interacted with were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. The process of changing and scheduling our rental was smooth and hassle-free, and everything was handled efficiently. Really appreciate the great customer service and would definitely rent from Enterprise again!

  I don't review often, but I am beyond impressed with the service at SDF Enterprise! I rented to visit my grandmother who was in the hospital with a stroke. I didn't know how long she would need help but figured 4 days would cover it. By the end of the third day I knew she'd need me longer so I reached out to Enterprise who originally quoted $100 for 2 more days. Normally this wouldn't be an issue but I haven't worked in 3 months due to my own medical issue. So I pleaded for a discount which was sent to the manager for approval. Once the manager became aware of the medical situation she cut that $100 to $46. A huge discount that I was extremely thankful for. However when she processed the new charge it was declined due to insufficient funds on the originally card. After discussing a way to pay the extra, the manager felt we could all use a win and extended the car with no extra fee. This was above and beyond the call of duty and a sincerely generous effort that you don't usually see these days, especially in a larger business like Enterprise. I must also give the check-in and check-out team a huge shout-out for their efficiency and extremely positive attitudes! Everyone at SDF Enterprise is getting all my future business without question!

  This was an awesome Enterprise location. The woman at the Enterprise airport desk who’s worked there for decades was accommodating and friendly and gave me a great deal. Kate, who worked in the lot, let me look at several different cars, made sure I got in one with a car charger and Apple play and showed me where the important buttons/levers were in the car. She had such a friendly and upbeat attitude and really made it a great experience. (Thank you Kate 😊) I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

  Always a pleasure to rent from here. Team members are friendly. The vehicles are safe and well maintained. Looking forward to my next rental.. next week. Been renting from them weekly.

  Rented thru Travelocity, Alamo counter was closed, so waited in Enterprise line as directed. They were out of cars to rent so I was sweating it but all smooth when it was my turn. Very professional and courteous. The standout person was Anthony who helped me pick out the vehicle I needed for my trip. Honorable mention goes to Tristan and Maddie. Cannot give high enough marks to these employees. TYVM.
