Devin and Becka exhibited exceptional customer service at the Louisville airport location when I had to swap out a vehicle. They were both very friendly and helpful. There was another gentleman that drove me to exactly where I needed to go in the lot, but I didn't catch his name. I can't thank them enough. I wish more employees were like them. They are definitely assets to Enterprise. I hope their bosses appreciate them.

I flew into Louisville and went to the counter with a reservation and no previous knowledge on renting a vehicle. Spencer greeted me at the desk and answered every question (even the dumb ones) with a smile, an amazing attitude and a great sense of humor. He made the process easy. When I got to the garage I was greeted immediately by Bryan who was busy but you’d never know. He helped me pick out an amazing Mazda that was exactly what I needed. He was extremely kind and helpful and answered even more of my (dumb) questions. And wouldn’t you know, when I dropped off the car, Bryan was there again and remembered me! I’m not sure if every Enterprise is like this but thanks to these two wonderful gentlemen, I will not only use this company again, but I’ll be recommending it to anyone who needs a rental. Thank you for everything, Spencer and Bryan!

Unexpectedly had to return a one-way rental to the Louisville Airport location. Arrived very late at night after a 6.5 hour druve and was welcomed by Adam. He did an amazing job of checking me in quickly and providing everything I needed. Super positive attitude and very engaging. This is the reason I only rent from Enterprise

This place is filled with star-studded employees and an absolute no brainer when renting. After traveling for 9+ hrs with 2 little kids they made everything so easy and streamlined. I would imagine you would be hard pressed to find a better experience renting a car than you will renting from here.
