- SZsamrawit ZinabuJun 25, 20261.0I had placed a reservation a week in advance; however, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was informed by the manager that the reservation had been canceled because there were no cars available to rent. I was never notified of this cancellation prior to my arrival. Beyond the last-minute cancellation, I was very disappointed by the lack of customer service and the disrespectful attitude of the manager on duty. No solution or alternative was offered to resolve the situation. Due to this poor experience, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Someone dropped the ball on return login either at the Bowman Field FBO or at Enterprise. Either way, after a phone call, the staff resolved the issue in a quick, friendly manner and refunded the extra charges. Car was clean, tank recently filled, and met all of our needs. Appreciate that Enterprise does drop-offs at little airports served by general aviation. Will definitely use again.
