  Made my reservation through Costco travel, but dealt with this location for everything beyond that! They called me the day of to verify that I had everything I needed, it was helpful to know for sure what I needed in hand! When we got there our car wasn't available so they upgraded us to a minivan which was a nice surprise. Both pick up and drop off was very efficient, they had their hands FULL when I dropped off but they were still friendly and professional, working quickly to get us taken care of. I will rent from here again the next time a need arises!

  Horrible experience! I booked a premium SUV to take my family on a trip and had the reservation for 3 weeks before pick up date. When I get there to pick up my vehicle, they tell me they do not have my suv or anything else to accommodate me. I am forced to take a smaller vehicle that will not fit everyone and all the bags we are needing for the trip because they and everywhere else closes at 1 on Saturdays and we were leaving that day. I would also like to add that they had that vehicle on the property but because someone else was scheduled to take it the next day I could not have it. So they were ok doing bad business with me just to not have to make the next person upset. I believe this was horrible business and the staff were very rude.

  I was charged for rental after I asked to speak with the manger about my balance. (Insurance rental) I was put in 3 different dangerous situations due to faulty vehicles that put my family at high risk of getting hurt or worse. 3 different cars broke down on me. The last rental I had to switch out, the customer service rep was extremely rude and non caring about the dangerous situation I was put in due to the bad rental car I was put in. The last one was only driven twice before it broke down on me and the other one broke down in the middle of heavy rush hour traffic and almost cause my family to get hurt. Same as the last one I had to switch in. Middle of no where in the middle of the night, broke down and lost all power and also almost caused us to be hit multiple times. The first rental car was popping and driving bad and scared me. I have never had this many issues before. I wanted to have the last days waived since me and my family were put in this situation multiple times, but i was still charged. I also previously paid my toll fees and never got another chance to pay what was left that I didnt know wasn't yet paid from the previous payment I made. I never got a text about it like I was supposed to, to inform me of my toll bill so I could have paid for it. I'm very upset and disappointed with enterprise over this and will probably never use or recommend them to anyone again. I will make sure no one has to be put in life threatening dangerous situations like me and my family was 3 times!!! due to faulty rental cars. Please do better before someone gets hurt or worse. I think whoever services their vehicles should also be held responsible.

  Experience was fine. For the amount of money I paid, I would kinda expect the car I rented to be rear perfect. I traveled to a different state and back and on the way there it started raining. We ended up having to stop at an Oreilys and use our money to buy wipers for the car because the ones on the car were just spreading water around. Yes, I did get a refund for these wipers, it’s just that I had to make a separate trip for something you’d expect to already be good on the car. Nonetheless, the service was great and the employees were nice. Would recommend and will probably use them again.
