  Worst experience ever! First car smelled so bad! Second car broke down and had me stranded at work. Juat go somewhere else. They do not have quality cars and this has been the worst experience.

  Outstanding service at Shively (Louisville) KY Enterprise! I had to keep extending my rental for almost 3 months (car accident repair). The staff were extremely helpful in finding a car that would fit 3 car seats across and then figuring out how to keep me in the same car for the entire time instead of continually switching it out. Check in and check out were seamless and quick. The staff were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The car was clean and well maintained. I couldn't ask for better service. Thanks guys!
