  We were given the Toyota hybrid. You cannot tell if the vehicle was on because it does not make noise. The vehicle was smooth driving without any issues and the staff was attentive

  I’ve rented from this location a couple of times and each time, the service has been great. During the most recent time, I had some concerns about the vehicles they had ready for me and they were very understanding and accommodating. They greet people as soon as they see them, and frankly that goes a long way nowadays! They are super busy but handle it with professionalism!

  TRAIN YOUR STAFF! I have rented from Enterprise several times. I have always used the same payment method. This time, 6/6/2026, a staff member by the name of Oliver, was assisting me. He decided that the vehicle I should be assigned for my 1 person 6 hour car ride, be a massive Ford F150. (In this economy?!) As I was inspecting it for any damages, he was PUSHING their insurance. I told him at least a dozen times I did NOT want it or need it. He would not stop. I finally said "Fine, since you won't take no for an answer." When it was time to pay, he refused my payment method. Claiming they don't take it. He even LIED to the St. Matthews location (Where I went after having enough of him, Oliver) that the payment method was a debit card! It is CLEAR that this is his first "big boy job". (His words, not mine)
