    They’ll tell ya one thing and do another. Just go somewhere else if you dont want to pull your hair out. Dont rely on them, they dont care and make sure to let you know it isnt their problem. Although, I am not sure how saying they will follow up and then not following up isnt. Also not sure how them telling you they have x and then turning that into “we have nothing for you” isn’t somehow poor communication and poor planning on their behalf. But hey…the world is a delusional experience these days.

    Will was very helpful and the other staff on the bardstown store closest to the fagenbush lane in Louisville Kentucky. Also the car was ready clean and exactly what we asked for something very reliable for a very long road trip. When we did pick up the car we had an issue the next morning with the GPS they were quick to tell me to bring it back to the store before we headed off to make sure everything was working correctly and if not they would exchange and put me in something that was they came out and got it working and showed us how to do it if it did mess up again highly recommend you speaking with Will and the other gentleman there. It did great even through the mountains .
