  Personnel were awesome, from the driver to the front desk employees. Process from picking it up to dropping it off was smooth and hassle-free. All employees were professional, thorough, friendly, respectful. Will definitely be coming back to Enterprise.

  Break down of rental car on highway. Issue finally resolved after being promised after each conversation with Rep. We finally arrived back in Louisville Kentucky yesterday evening. Wondering if cars are checked after each trip to check for problems.

  I liked how the customer service was 5 stars all around. The guys who helped me renew my rental were great and very helpful. I will never rent from anywhere else besides enterprise because of the awesome experiences.

  I would not recommend enterprise for any reason I confirmed to pick up at 8 AM at a location I mistakenly forgot my wallet so I called and confirm that they had my vehicle on hand which they did. I asked them if they could meet me at 11 AM because I have to drive back and get my ID. They didn’t give my vehicle away and then it took me about six hours before I could get another vehicle and then they had to drive me 35 minutes into another city to get that vehicle and then I was also informed that they had 61 clients without a vehicle in that area because instead of canceling reservations, they will tend to overbook and try to figure it out leaving their clients stranded and throwing off their entire schedule and timeline and they don’t care The whole attitude is do you want the car or not? So I’m letting you know if you are going to rent a car through them there’s a good chance when you go to pick it up it won’t be available and it’s gonna throw off your schedule so I would plan for your first day in Louisville to be completely messed up. If you plan on enterprise to be on time with the Rent-A-Car and actually have cars available like they said they would.
