    If I could give zero stars I would. Do not rent a car from Enterprise without first making them verify that you had a catalytic converter on their car that you are renting. We could see in the video that they showed us driving off the lot that there was smoke coming from the back of the vehicle they rented to us. Now they won’t let us look at the video and they have received $3500 from my insurance company with a $500 deposit that I have to pay because they claim it didn’t happen on their property. This is a lie. The Clerk that we originally talked to said this had happened 9 times in the last month on their lot. Now they deny that. They definitely lost our business. Buyer beware! UPDATE-In response to Enterprise’s response/offer to contact them via the link below. We have spoken to you numerous times. If anyone else has experienced the same scam from Enterprise and would be interested in a class action suit please feel free to contact me. We have used Enterprise for many years including weekly truck rentals for our business and we have found another rental company for all future business.
