    I had a reservation for a Monday rental, when I get to the location to pick it up at 930, they are closed for the day, even though their sign says open Monday through Friday at 8am. Luckily I was able to get to the Preston highway location and they took care of me. I will not rent through poplar level again.

    This location shows regular hours. This location IS NOT open. This location is never open. This location is hard to get to. This location is a WASTE OF TIME and I will NEVER be renting from Enterprise again. Thanks for a terrible experience.

    Had a confirmed Monday evening rental pickup. Arrived and the whole place is locked and lights are off. Called the number and was told that the next available rental was on Wednesday. What is the point of a reservation if there's nothing to reserve?? Don't rely on Enterprise to follow through and definitely have a backup plan. I didn't and now I'm stranded.

    picked up a car from this location after a 2-day delay while my car was being evaluated at a shop. the car I was given, after a $500 deposit had a chip in the hood. about a quarter size piece of missing paint. Returned the car to Richmond Ky a couple weeks later, who asked about the chip. they attempted to call poplar lv rd. about it, as have I, nobody answers the phone. Now I've been sent a $1500 bill about it. NEVER accept a car with ANY damage! Even if its just a scratch. They will try to stick you with the bill.
