Nothing against Shelby they were very friendly, but the process was much easier and smoother with this location! I expected to be there at least 45 minutes to an hour since that’s how long It’s taken in the past, but I was literally out within 3 to 4 minutes and on my way with my rental. Car was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful! We will definitely come back when we need our next rental!

Rather than focusing on the late return, they reassured me that their main priority was making sure I got back safely. To my surprise, they also waived any late return charges. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Enterprise exceeded my expectations.
