  Long waits for any service. Not the most engaging staff. Raise an issue, get more of the same blame the customer response. They did manage to break the mount for my Active Target sonar and then deny it was their fault. Document with extensive pictures before and after or you will get the same problems.

  Bass pro shops is not the place to buy a boat. They prey on suckers and losers who want to finance at high rates. They don’t negotiate at all on boats even though they are leftover models that have been sitting for over a year. I chose to buy a private party used boat after failing to get anything on negotiations with three separate Bass Pro dealers. Cash is king!

  Getting harassed to sign up for a membership almost every time soon as i walk in the door, then while i’m looking at a rifle (which i was at the gun counter no more than 5 minutes) that guy tried to sell me a membership 3 more time within a couple minutes. Wildly annoying shopping experience, if i wanted a membership id ask an employee about one. I hate being berated into signing up and buying into stuff soon as i walk into a store. Besides that Bass Pros selection/prices have just gotten bad (i primarily shopped for firearms and firearm accessories at bass pro).
