  The man that helped me was very nice. He said he was from Africa and he loved Kentucky. He scanned my car for codes since Valvoline couldn’t answer me when I asked them why my wrench light was on. When he printed off the diagnostic information, I thanked him and he said he didn’t do anything, it was all AutoZone lol but he told me if I need a more detailed analysis, where I could go. He didn’t treat me like I was a dumb girl like they do at most vehicle places so I appreciated that.

  Took a nearly new Interstate Battery in to have it tested/charged and they said it was bad. The guys behind the smaller desk in the back even looked shady as they were telling me. I took it to where I purchased it and they said it was fine and like new. I put it in my Jeep after a quick terminal cleaning and it cranked right up. I have bought batteries from Autozone for years and always trusted them but now I wonder how many batteries they sold me that I didn't need. I'll go somewhere else.

  I purchased anti freeze from the store yesterday based on what the professional chose for my car. I took it back the following day after maybe pouring a couple drops and realizing the color didn’t match. When I took it back to ask for help the response of the worker in the back was I don’t know, buy another one. No effort to help, apologize id been given the wrong item or to explain the policy. Just a rude blow by and basically letting me know this was my problem. Pretty sure a different type of person would’ve been shown more professionalism assuming he understands professionalism. Will not shop here again.

  I hate to shop at Autozone because of their high prices and poor service but they are walking distance from my home. I called to inquire if they would price match a local Meijers and was told they would. When I arrived at Autozone the assistant manager said the price difference was too great ($5.00).

  Les and the ENTIRE crew were amazing and really helped me out in a pinch. I am no longer going anywhere else for my automotive needs. AMAZING!
