  Amy and Eugene were 5 Star going out of the norm to help me in my distress, Sunday, May 17th,2026. I was broke down in front of Chicken Salad Chic restaurant not to far away from this AutoZone store, Amy rang me up over the phone for engine coolant and Eugene brought it to me as my resavar was empty of coolant for engine, Thank you for an awesome service experience! I went on to Hurstbourne Baptist and made for the service, what a Blessing for help received, A BIG Thank you again bringing it in for a 🏆Win!

  Staff was very helpful in helping me resolve my issues. They definitely had more insight with the little information I gave them to help me get what you as needed. I had to do the job myself because $900 was out of my range at the moment for a brake job. Got me what I needed and the job done for less than $100! I'm very happy with the outcome. I've done sway bar links, brakes, oil change valve cover gaskets, PCV valve and shocks are next. In all I've saved over $3000 in parts and labor!!

  When and try to get a oil filter for a Kawasaki motorcycle and unfortunately they didn't really know where to look or how to look it up. What kind of tired of the whole auto parts stores that can't get the auto parts right

  Thank God for Allen (parts and service manager.) He replaced my battery that was under warranty with no question when it went out. It’s rare to find people who go out of their way to help. Very thankful for him.

  This was a wonderful experience. I thought I needed a new battery but the attendant there insisted on checking everything and I finally did not need it. He helped me to fix all I needed and hello me through it.
