  I went to get a brake light replaced. Carmen was the only one in the sales department that morning. She was able to replace my brake light for me while having to wait on customers. I believe Carmen went above and beyond to satisfy a customer. She was very diligent about making sure that any customer that went in the store was taken care of. Thank you Carmen for a great job! A great employee!

  !!SCAMMERS!!! Prices listed are wrong. Grabbed something off the shelf, price says 12.99. Rang up for 16.99. The excuse… “those prices aren’t accurate until tomorrow” IM SORRY WHAT… you advertise a price that’s what expected to be paid. This is actually illegal.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough good things about Logan T. and Jonathan M. at AutoZone. These two went above and beyond for me when I was honestly at one of my lowest moments. I needed to replace the battery on my motorcycle and unfortunately wasn’t aware that I would need to purchase the new battery before the refund from my old one was processed. The refund didn’t load immediately, the store was getting ready to close, and I literally had $0 in my pocket. My motorcycle was over 3 miles from home, and I was facing the possibility of having to push it all the way home. Instead of simply telling me there was nothing they could do, Logan and Jonathan showed me genuine compassion and kindness. They personally paid for my battery allowing me to repay them the next day so I would not be stranded. 😭❤️ That is SO much more than customer service. That was two people seeing someone in a difficult situation and choosing to help. They didn’t have to do that, and I will never forget it. In a world where people can sometimes feel like just another transaction, these two reminded me that there are still genuinely good people who care. AutoZone, please recognize these employees because they deserve it. Logan T. and Jonathan M., THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. You helped me when I needed it most, and your kindness meant more to me than you probably realize. ❤️🏍️ 5 stars doesn’t even feel like enough.

  The best AutoZone I’ve ever been to!!! 12/10 Store manager Mike was an absolute lifesaver during a really stressful situation. I traveled from Ohio to Kentucky for Derby weekend and ended up getting into a car accident — my bumper was basically hanging off my car. Mike went completely above and beyond to help me. He helped remove the bumper and even made space in my car so I could make the trip back home safely. I’m just a girl in her 20’s trying to survive car problems apparently, because I also needed a tire rotation. Mike did it right there in the parking lot. Whoever put my lug nuts on last had tightened them way too much, and while trying to help me, he actually broke his own tool that he said he’d had for over 10 years. I felt terrible. When I offered to pay him or buy him lunch for all his help, he declined. That kind of generosity and kindness is truly rare these days. I hope this message reaches Mike’s higher-ups because he deserves recognition, a bonus, or some kind of incentive for the incredible customer service he’s providing. Employee of thee century!! Thank you again, Mike!
