  Easy reservation process. Was able to pick the vehicle I wanted. Friendly helpful service employees. Return was easy and fast. Employees were definitely geared toward customer satisfaction.

  I really appreciated the superior customer service that Leslie in Kentucky at Louisville Airport gave us when we returned our vehicle. The vehicle was a great driving car. Pairing the offer with my Allegiant flight gave me the oppotunity to pick your company. It was easy to book and efficient to pick up the car upon arrival. I cant find one thing to complain about.

  Great experience renting with Alamo! The check-in process was quick and easy, the customer service was excellent, and the vehicle was clean and ran perfectly. Returning the car was a breeze too. Highly recommend them for a smooth, hassle-free rental.

  If there could be less then one star would have chosen. If your plane gets delayed and going to show 5 minutes after they are closed plan on ubering to hotel then back next morning To still find no one there to help. They expect a 24 hour notice of changes so make sure you contact airline 48 hours prior and let know whatever you do make sure my flight doesn’t postpone because rental car company doesn’t care and neither does anyone you talk with.
