    I was driving through London, KY and experienced an issue with a vehicle rented through a different Enterprise location. The representative at the out of state branch I rented from was entirely unhelpful, but I called up the London office and the representative immediately offered me actionable solutions and helped me find a local service station to get us back on the road quickly. She immediately turned a problem into a solution. I'm so glad that we happened to be passing through this particular area and location!

    I have seriously been on hold for 45 minutes; someone keeps picking up the call & hitting two buttons to keep the call on hold. This is on 08/04 from 5 pm - 5:45 pm. I get it - it’s the end of the day but this is a very poor reflection on the company. Guess I’ll call tomorrow but I can hear the male voice pick up & hot the two buttons to keep me on hold.

    These guys are the BEST!! They always make sure you are well taken care of. All vehicles don't always have a full tank of gas, but you return with the amount it has when you picked it up.

    -10 stars. Terrible service; the car smelled horribly of cigarettes and was in terrible condition. They claimed it was the only one available. A terrible experience.
