  Camping World Website told us the camper we wanted was on the lot in London. Called London and confirmed it was on the lot. Made an appointment for the next morning to inspect and purchase the camper. Traveled 90 miles to London Camping World and found out the sales lady we made the appointment to see was off that day and no arrangements had been made for another salesperson to fill in. So, since we were there, we wanted to look at the camper we had made the appointment about. The replacement sales guy told us it was on a lot in Tennessee. But he did offer to show us another camper that was very similar. We decided that we did like the camper and inquired about purchasing. The sales guy then told us that it was not for sale because someone had put a down payment on it. At that point I was pretty much done with Camping World of London. Don't recommend.

  Camping World helped with a very dangerous situation that occurred after another local rv repair and sales business worked on our A/C unit. E and D from service/sales departments and the other technicians were great in fixing a problem that could have been disastrous. Very happy with the outcome and the fact that they went above and beyond and worked after hours to make sure our motorhome was safe to occupy again. The previous repair shop refused to come out because it was after hours on Friday and told us to wait till Monday. Even though our A/C wasn’t working anymore and there were even more electrical issues after their service call. (Their tech had just left 30 mins earlier.) Camping World of London was fantastic and cared about the safety of our family. Thank you to all, from the technicians to the service representatives and the office crew!

  While traveling, our RV/Van had a breaker jump - being that we are fairly new rv owners, we searched down a Camping World which luckily was less than 3 miles away. Im a panic, they came to the rescue. We explained our issue, and within 10 minutes we weee back on the road. The entire team we fantastic!!! Thank you and God bless.

  Poorest service I’ve ever received when trying to purchase something. I was a cash buyer and the employees were inconvenienced by my presence. Couldn’t tell me where the camper I was looking for was. And neglected to even attempt to look for it.

  My tiffin rv ran low on engine coolant and went to limp mode. I got to camping world in London KY. Danielle got a tech to add coolant, which I had, and the tech used a cap with a small hose attached to it and pumped the coolant into the tank. Then the tech gave me the gadget in case I need it in the future. I had my Labrador, Hazel with me and Danielle and everyone there made her welcome and she loved the attention. At the end of it all, Danielle wouldn’t charge me for anything because I had the coolant on hand. I didn’t get the tech’s name but I want to give a huge shout out to Danielle and everyone there. They do customer service as it should be done. I will need some parts soon and will happily order them from Danielle.
