- ACAliana Cherpitel3 days ago5.0Check your accounts for fraudulent recurring transactions from Zips Car Wash. I purchased Andy's Ice Cream back in July with my digital wallet and coincidentally recieved a Zips Car Wash charge at the same time for $45 (monthly). I keep my NFC off unless in use in the moment. Disputed and was refunded plus changed everything in July. Fast forward to now had another charge and after a transaction search noted every month since July, digital wallet still linked to the charge even after changing everything. Zips had no record of anything tying me to a membership. Thankfully my financial institution is awesome and refunded all charges plus changed everything again... Not everyone is as lucky. I've never been nor will I use a Zips at this point. I will say Zips customer service was solid! Super fast, respectful, talk to a real person etc. Not on Zips personally. However, clearly there's something going on. Reminder to check your accounts and keep things locked or off when not in use. Have a blessed day! Zips- thank you for your outstanding customer service. Online help ticket is easy to use and customer service is exceptional.
- MDmelissa dyessOct 8, 20265.0Best experience today with these bigger car washes. Met with a smile. He was cheery and polite very good customer service. He had some iPad issues, so he upgraded our wash at no charge. They had fresh towels and everything needed at vac station. I will be back ! Great service.

- DTDaniel TrogdonSep 24, 20265.0Jerome did a fantastic job! He even followed up to make sure I had a great experience!
- JJJaydaSep 19, 20262.0This place dropped fast! Second time at this location, under staffed, no towels, vacuums don’t work, and no products. They don’t pre wash only spray the hood. Not using this location anymore!
