  The food was fresh and very tasty. The sausage and chicken were so tender! It was a great experience.

  Kind of hit or miss. Some places have a bunch of hoses missing or breaking. They used to have a very convenient mat cleaner at some locations, but they have been removed. Usually they are pretty stocked with cleaner and towels, but sometimes there is none or the towels are all wet. Overall, it's a good service. Great for the subscription price. If you're trying to detail your car, perhaps bring your own supplies

  The manager Eric is terrible every single time. I don’t know if he wakes up mad, hates his job, or just doesn’t like dealing with customers, but his attitude is completely unnecessary. A simple car wash turned into me asking him if he was okay because his attitude was that bad. This isn’t a one-time thing either — it happens every time I come there. Customer service matters, and honestly, Zip’s needs a new manager because he’s ruining the experience for paying customers.

  I like the free vacuums. But this place gets a 1-star because of the "manager", Eric. This guy might just be the single rudest person I have interacted with in 3 years living in Lexington. Me just simply going for a car wash and saying I'd like the basic wash ended with me asking if he was okay. His behavior was just so unprofessional, confrontational, and out of line. I will say all other associates were professional and friendly. Just hope you dont get Eric. Eric, I hope your life gets better buddy.

  Went to get my car washed and the man that was working (tall with white glasses) 4/16/26 at 12:30, was extremely unfriendly. Stomped out of the office, scolding look on his face, threw the cone that blocks the belt, and never once looked at us, never smiled and then stomped back in the office and plopped down in a chair. The site itself was very dirty. Every time I come here this is energy I get. I high doubt I will be back.
