  I like the free vacuums. But this place gets a 1-star because of the "manager", Eric. This guy might just be the single rudest person I have interacted with in 3 years living in Lexington. Me just simply going for a car wash and saying I'd like the basic wash ended with me asking if he was okay. His behavior was just so unprofessional, confrontational, and out of line. I will say all other associates were professional and friendly. Just hope you dont get Eric. Eric, I hope your life gets better buddy.

  Went to get my car washed and the man that was working (tall with white glasses) 4/16/26 at 12:30, was extremely unfriendly. Stomped out of the office, scolding look on his face, threw the cone that blocks the belt, and never once looked at us, never smiled and then stomped back in the office and plopped down in a chair. The site itself was very dirty. Every time I come here this is energy I get. I high doubt I will be back.

  Went to get my truck washed. After paying and going through the wash I went into the detail/vacuum area to finish cleaning my truck. After vacuuming I went to get some rags and cleaner to clean some bugs off, clean my windows and wipe down the interior. There wasn't any cleaners???? Went to the office and was told "Sorry, they were out of spray bottles and didnt have any cleaners available." Went over to the attendant that took my payment and asked why I wasn't told there wasn't any cleaners when I purchased my wash and asked for a refund, because now I had to go somewhere else to finish cleaning my truck. I was given a card with a 800 customer service number to call. I called it while still at the wash, they took my complaint and told me it would be sent to the General Manager and basically sorry, again. No offer for a refund, discount or free wash at a later date. I have been to this wash several times, it has never been a great experience. I will never go back and after I posted the experience on Facebook, several other people have had issues with this Zips. Avoid this location, maybe others are better, but no Zips will ever get another dime out of me. If you have the time ‐ go to Jeff's Car Wash. Its where I went after to get my truck cleaned. It cost a little more, but they are full service and my truck was spotless when done. Would give negative stars if it was available.

  I've been there 3 times because there is no other place close. The last time I got the $24.00 "Pro" wash. After every wash there is a section of dirt on the front and rear of the car that doesn't get touched. The picture shown is my recent, and last, experience. I don't expect a lot from an automatic car wash, but it should at least get the whole car wet.
