  Same story over and over. I had damage to my vehicle when it was shoved into the vehicle in front of me. My hands were off the wheel, foot off the brake, and in neutral as required. Yet, somehow the 3 car gap between me and the truck in front of me managed to close until we made contact. It would appear the truck was stopped by the wheel shine device coming in too soon and blocking the wheels. Claim was filed immediately with management with communication that we should hear back from their claims department in 24-48 hours. Two weeks later they still had not contacted me, so I contacted them. They still had not looked into the matter. Three days later I received an email saying it was not related to any mechanical problems of their equipment or their employees. I quickly called to dispute and was informed that it will be escalated to “level 2 claims”. I interpreted that as “our default answer is to pass the blame in hopes that you’ll go away”. I was told 24-48 hours, again, and again that timeline has came and went. I’ve called three more times and waited the requested 24 hours each time. My patience is gone and am now resolved to continue with the next steps. My next call is to the BBB as well as negative reviews on as many social platforms as possible. If this resonates with one person and stops them from having to deal with this nonsense, then it is worth the effort. Hopefully, Zips will do the right thing and speed things along but all research into this company says otherwise. Bankrupt for a reason. Point driven home in their response below…

  I needed to add a vehicle to my account. When I pulled in Mike was there to assist and I explained what I needed to do. He said to wash my vehicle and he will help me after. I did as he said, he came to me, and we completed my business. He was excellent! He knows how to do his job and was great at adding his personal touch. I knew immediately I was in good hands. Thank you, Mike. You’re a pro and I appreciate it!

  1⭐️ Review: Very disappointing experience at Zips Car Wash. Half of the vacuums don’t even work, making it frustrating to clean your vehicle. The area smells like trash, and the asphalt is dirty with sticky grime everywhere. Definitely not a place I’d return to.

  Attitude is the 1st thing in service. Trust me. I come here daily and I love the service. Today a gentleman has me back up so he can point at the Wait here sign then asked me to move forward. Wow. I've never seen this guy here before but I rather cancel my membership that I've had for years and go somewhere else than come back here. Update. I kept my membership for a couple weeks after to see if their customer service would convince me otherwise since I know sometimes we end up with less than great employees. However, all I ended up was an automatic reply telling me to go somewhere else to put my complaint.
