  I was with Adam today and he was so sweet and extremely good at his job. Came for an oil change and he also put me in a new bulb for $24.99!! This place is so cool and super quick. Thanks Adam!!

  We just happened to be in the area and saw Valvoline Oil Change. Not the one we always go to. But we decided to stop. The workers were not as friendly. Only had one bay open due to maintenance. Did not offer a receipt. Had multiple workers, several standing. I am assuming due to only one bay open. When it came to putting in the oil, the lady told an another worker she was too short to put the oil in. We have a high country Chevy. The guy next to here said he was short too. Wondered why there was not a step ladder for the workers that cannot reach it. Wasn’t a great experience that we are used to. We will always go back to the one in Lexington, Ky across from Costco.

  Needed an oil change and on Sunday was told the Tates Creek location didn’t have my oil filter, recommended I call another location and Customer Service could help me locate a filter. He shewed me out the door quickly, though there was no one in line behind me. I called the Richmond Rd. location and they had no filter, told me Customer Service is not open on Sundays. On Monday, I called the Nicholasville Road location and learned there were no filters I needed in Lexington. I purchased my own oil filter and had the Nicholasville Road location install it. Normally, my experiences are much better, but this time the employees were not very kind or helpful. Instead of asking me details like tire pressure, they were telling me, and they were wrong. I was in a rush to pick up my kids and their incompetence caused me to be late. Definitely disappointed and not sure I will return.

  We recently visited Valvoline Instant Oil Change for an oil change, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The entire service took only about 15 minutes, which was incredibly convenient. The quality of service was outstanding, and Michael provided top-notch customer care. He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was explained clearly throughout the process. The team also checked all of the filters in our vehicle and made sure everything was in good condition. It’s great to see a shop that pays attention to the details while still working efficiently. Fast, professional, and reliable service. We’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a quick and hassle-free oil change.

  I had really good experience in this store. The manager was very friendly and told me that he will give me a discount for a 20% and help me to get the high-quality oil level. I can’t finally recommend this team. Everybody is very friendly. They checked everything in my vehicle. Also they check my oil filter cabin filter filter. I am really happy that I visited this store and can recommend the store for everyone. So next time, if you’re gonna choose where to change oil, you will know that here you can do that oil change highly recommended .
