I filed a claim headed to Palomar to which of course they said it was no longer there. They said the manager at that time was let go and they would have to see if there was footage still available and of course there wasn’t. The manager called me about the claim and I was still unimpressed with the nonsense that came out of his mouth. I have experienced nonsense going to Valvoline like overage with oil burning on the engine causing an awful smell. When I go somewhere else I am informed of stripped bolts, banged up parts from previous oil changes. There is ALWAYS something wrong when I leave Valvoline.
