  I just stopped by this morning for an oil change and I was blown away by the kindness and professionalism that the whole crew displayed. They were friendly, helpful and fast. I wish I could give this location 10 stars!!

  Zack was great! I stopped by for an oil change about a week or two ago, and the entire experience was quick, professional, and efficient. I requested that they not add windshield washer fluid because I use a specific type, and they respected my request without any issues. They checked my engine air filter and let me know it was still in good condition, which I appreciated since they could have easily tried to sell me a replacement. They also offered to replace my cabin air filter, but I recently had it changed. It's nice to know they provide that service for customers who need it. They made sure all of my tires were inflated to the proper PSI and took the time to explain everything they checked. The staff was friendly and honest throughout the visit. If you stop by this Valvoline, be sure to ask for Z. He'll make sure you have a great experience!

  My wife took the vehicle in to get the oil changed said they were very friendly and very knowledgeable and did a great job. She said that the man that checked the mileage and things was very friendly and respectful and ask before he did anything. For example, ask if it was OK if he opened the door.

  Got an oil change and they do all that other extra stuff to get more business. They checked my air filter and installed the air intake wrong. Check engine light came on and running rough. Spend 2 hours at the dealership due to it. Called customer service and they hung up on me the first time. Second time I waited for 30 min and no answer.
