the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. service was quick. the price was much higher than at my previous visit there, and i didn’t realize it was going to cost that much. the employee explained that the price was higher due to increased costs of oil. i will not go back there without first checking what the cost will be. my fault for assuming.

Joe was exceptionally helpful in explaining things. Laron was quick and courteous as well. A team. Had wipers replaced, oil, upper rear brake light replaced. Couldnt get tires rotated because almost closing time but staff was excellent.

It all started with JonMarc at the Palomar location in Lexington, KY. I went there to inquire about oil availability for my 2019 GTI, 0w-20 European synthetic. I knew supply was very limited. JonMarc went over and beyond to call a few locations, then he had the idea to call the location on Main Street in Nicholasville, KY. That location had 2 boxes remaining. They arranged to make it available for me, and I drove straight there. The team in Nicholasville was also OUTSTANDING! I had to provide feedback. George Z at Valvoline Global, you would have been proud of how they represented your team’s formulation!

I wanted my experience to be great. I went in for an oil change. Upon leaving I noticed immediately that my car was struggling to accelerate, I went home. Next morning, my car wouldn’t start. They sent a guy to look at my car and he found that my battery wasn’t tightened which was causing there to be no power transmitting to my car. It was an easy fix, he tightened my battery back in. It was just a careless mistake that caused me to have to call into work because my car wouldn’t start. Just wish everything could’ve been double checked before I left, it could’ve easily been avoided.
