  I always go to Valvoline for my oil changes and have never had an issue, but this time I was offered a promotion for a new rear wiper blade. I witnessed them try to fit one on my car that wasn’t the right size, and attempt to replace the rubber piece into my old blade, trimming it down to size since the correct size was not available. None of this was disclosed to me and employees were not upfront with what was done until I brought up what I saw. They still wanted to charge me for a new wiper blade, but what was now on my car was not what I wanted to pay for or the service advertised. They insisted I still pay because the service was discounted, or I could choose to have the old wiper blade put back on. Since they had combined my old wiper blade with a new rubber part, they told me the old wiper blade was broken and I would have to leave with no wiper blade at all. I would have been okay with only the rubber part being replaced if it had been the right size, if that was the service advertised to me, and if they had been honest about what was going on when encountering the issue. However, I did not appreciate staff giving me the impression I was receiving a certain service and trying to charge me for it, and attempting to cover it up when asked.

  I would like to say what good service was performed during oil change and tire rotation today.I was shown the dip stick with golden as honey fresh full synthetic oil, my oil change percentage was reset, all the lights on my car where inspected, wiper blades checked out new..Young man opened car door to escort me to waiting area to complete tire rotation. Then returned me to my car open the car door and thanked me for using Valvoline and wished me a good day. Had no problem paying half cash and half card because the attendants are knowledgeable of their job. Thank You Valvoline once again you make me feel like I am the best because you give the best service with your best product.

  Outstanding experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change! Zackory, Ben, Megan, and Joseph were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. The team worked efficiently, explained everything clearly, and kept me informed throughout the visit. I especially appreciated how thorough they were with my Jeep. They completed the services carefully, identified a few items that may need future attention, and never made me feel pressured. Megan and the entire crew made the experience smooth, honest, and stress-free. It’s rare to find a service team that combines speed, professionalism, and excellent customer care this well. I left feeling confident that my vehicle had been properly taken care of. I’ll definitely return to this location and highly recommend Zackory, Ben, Megan, and Joseph to anyone looking for dependable automotive service.

  Jose, Zack, Zachary and Chris are the epitome of customer service!!! Oil change was quick and easy, fixed two brake lights for me and topped off all my fluids. Even in the hot sun weather they all had great attitudes and took great care of me!! 10/10!!
