  We came on a Saturday after 2 and it was packed. We did have to wait so, if you're in a hurry I don't recommend coming during that time. We didn't have anything planned so we weren't in a rush. Zack took care of us! If you come here, you have to ask for him. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I know this is not a full service place, however, we were recently driving back from Jersey and my engine lost all power going up some hills. He listened to our issues and told us, if it's something more than an oil change, he'd let us know. We left with our vehicle running 100% better than when we brought it in. Thank you Zack and your team for getting us taken care of!!!!! I have a much happier car now 🤗🤗🤗

  All of the technicians who handle everything at Valvoline are always so helpful and that was the case this past time as well very qualified, kind and good at what they do

  My experience was excellent. Augusto, Zach, and Jose at the Palomar location in Lexington, KY were all incredibly kind and hospitable, and they took the time to answer my questions about my vehicle thoroughly. I really appreciated how helpful and welcoming they were throughout the process. I will definitely be returning in the future.

  Ronnie is the man at Valvoline Palomar center. He and his team does a excellent job serving my air conditioner what look impossible he made possible got me cooler. I'm ready for the road they are proficient and efficient they all should be commended for a job well done. Onl half of 12.2 million retired veterans we say thank you Valvoline family.
