- KSKristi Sparkman5 days ago1.0I have come to this particular location for years, I’ve always been happy with the service and the people providing it. The last time I was there was a total 180’. The man who started my order was very rude and acted like he wished I hadn’t pulled in. There wasn’t one familiar face and they all acted like they were doing me a favor. I had part of my undercarriage shield come loose and asked them if they could just take it off since they were working under there anyway. A 30 second job and I was willing to pay. After I got my oil change and fluids checked and pulled out I heard it still dragging. I had a friend offer to take it off and he checked my oil too. I don’t know if they half drained it or put the bad stuff back in but 2 days later it looked like my oil hadn’t been changed in a couple of months. I know where I will NEVER go back to, and until they get better crew you shouldn’t go there either. They also tried to sell me things I obviously did not want to buy. I told them I didn’t need a filter, it had a few leaves in it but wasn’t bad, then sold me a cabin filter for over $60. I can buy one at auto zone and replace it myself for $20. The prices have gone way up. I still hold out hope that I just came on a bad day but I doubt it.
