- AYAmanda YoungAug 15, 20261.0They forgot to air my tires up when I was serviced. I pulled off and noticed it and turned around and went back. When I tell them they forgot to air up my tires the women tells me to go to the back of the line and wait. I asked if I can just pull in front to air them up and she started yelling at me that they won’t reach. Then manager comes out and has me pull to the front of the bay and he airs up the front 2 tires perfectly then has me turn around and had another employee air the back. While he was airing the back he had a bad attitude and I noticed he didn’t air them all the way. So I told him they wasn’t aired all the way and he told me that it was. When I insisted it wasn’t he walked of and another guy came and said have a blessed day with an attitude while several workers stood there looking around with bad attitudes towards me. I left with my tires still low. Very unprofessional place with a bad attitudes and they treat their customers terribly.

I had never been shown my air filter before and I’m glad he showed me because it needed changed bad. I recommend this valvoline to everyone and will be back myself! Thank you Hobbs, Sam and the team!
