  Awesome work, love this location. Hobbs and his guys took great care of me - everyone was helpful and engaging. They noticed my AC compressor was out and gave me specific recommendations on how to handle it - who, where, all that! AND Hobbs was kind enough to not charge me to check out the AC since it was something they couldn’t fix. 10/10 customer service. This location will be the only Valvoline I go to from now on!

  Hobbs helped my wife pick the best oil for her car and also help apply a discount she didn’t know she had very high integrity and honesty, also very knowledgeable and professional.

  I had to drive to another valvoline just to get washer fluid after getting “oil change services” . They checked tire pressure but my 3 tires all got flat the next day and I had to pump air manually myself!!!

  *Edited to add that this was the Broadway location in Lexington, KY. I'm filling this out for my mother-in-law, as she went to the location about an hour before I did to get her oil changed. When I got back to the house after my oil change, out of nowhere she asked me if I had any problems there. I said, "That's an interesting tone for that question, has something happened there before? I was fine..." She went on to explain that the employees who handled her service were very rude and disrespectful, and seemed to be in a rush helping her, even though she was there upon the business opening, and no other customers were there at the time. And I do mean a rush, as if she was an inconvenience, not as if they were trying to provide fast and professional service. She told me that maybe they treated her poorly because she was a woman... As crazy as that sounds in 2026, that's the only thing she could think of as there could have been no other reason besides them possibly hating life that morning. My M.I.L. is the sweetest lady one could ever meet. It's simply in her character. The way 2 employees at the Valvoline shop made her feel is unacceptable. Period. My service was great for the most part by the way. That's why I gave 2 stars vs. 1. Thanks.
