- RRrayneSep 30, 20265.0I had a very nice experience here. I was serviced by Micah (the manager of this location) and he was very polite and kind during the process of my oil change. He even helped me turn off / reset my car's refill reminder on the dashboard. 10/10 would recommend!
- PFPrecision Color & FinishSep 27, 20261.0Took my wife’s car for oil change and new wipers all the way around. No leaks when I went in . Got home car is smoking . Take look at paperwork and it said major leak on it . Now while I was there they said nothing about any leak. Once again had no leaks before I went. Richmond rd Lexington Kentucky. Highly recommend don’t go to that place, stay away.
- TBTammy BooksSep 25, 20261.0My daughter just came home bawling due to being screamed at. This was her first time getting her oil changed by herself and she was already nervous. I always go to Valvoline because of price but never again. I have tried calling the number listed but it takes me to someone unconnected to this particular station. I am appalled at this and hope no other person has to go thru being humiliated in order to get an oil change.
