  I’m always treated very well at Valvoline on Polo Club and I’m very grateful for Bones and Anjil. The customer service and knowledge given is awesome.

  I have always done my own oil changes and other maintenance but as I’ve gotten older I chose to to look into having a place like ViOC do it. The folks at the new Polo Club center were very welcoming and kind, not pushy in up charging me either. For this guy, that’s an instant mental demerit for any service or store. I’ve had this place do two oil changes now as well as differential fluid change and trans flush & fill. My 2020 Tundra 5.7 is my baby and I feel confident things are done right at this service center. I also like having the accurate record sent to carfax of all work performed!! Highly recommend this ViOC facility if you are looking for one! Thank you for your service.

  Paid $106 a few months ago for an oil change. They literally did just that, only changing the oil. We changed the oil at home this week, and valvoline never replaced the OEM Honda filter. They also crushed the drain plug and crush washer too tight, and it was seeping. We went there out of sheer necessity and will never give those “professionals” another dime. Will be doing them at home where the work will actually be done, and it costs less than $30 with full synthetic, and an oem filter. AVOID THIS PLACE NEXT TO COSTCO.
