I didn't notice it until a couple days later that the valve stem caps were not screwed on tight. Maybe just a couple turns. And as a result, I lost a cap. I'll have to check under the hood to make sure he did a better job with things under there.

Returned 6 weeks later for another oil change and they tried blaming today’s issues on the LAST oil change, not realizing that was them. Asked to be put in contact with the owner(franchised location) and they declined. Was eventually sent by them to a repair facility 35 miles away. Lost time, lost wages, far too much aggravation. Accidents happen, but this shop denied culpability up to the very end, despite meticulous records provided to them.
