I had a great experience washing my wife’s Subaru Outback yesterday and our Honda CR-V this morning. The wash has the most extensive and powerful vehicle dryers I have seen at a car wash and I didn’t really need to hand dry the Subaru at all although there was still some water on the passenger side windows and the rear of the Honda today. The vacuums are also the most powerful I’m seen at any car wash in this area. I tried the mat washers on the CR-V today on the front mats and they did well. However, the CR-V’s cargo mat was too large to do and I suspect the Outback’s might also be too large.
My principal suggestion would be to provide a hose, water, and a brush near the mat washers where the owner can wash the cargo mats in their SUVs that are too large for your largest mat washer. These, along with the front mats, are the main ones that get dirty on our cars.
I’ve signed us up as a member for the Subaru Outback. I’m not sure yet if I’ll sign up for the Honda CR-V as it is not driven as often. We have a Toyota Grand Highlander too that I currently wash at Jeff’s on Nicholasville Rd since I’m in my 70s and have issues with my back and they are a true full service wash, doing the vacuuming, cleaning the mats, and hand drying what still needs to be wipes off after coming out of the tunnel. But admittedly their monthly wash cost is $10 more than your Works wash. We do like, though, that your wash is much closer to us.
TOWELS are COMING!! Lol! Mix-up on the towel situation but they are going to be offered real soon!
Wonderful wash! Needs some tweeks but they are working to improve as they are very new so a learning curve on the equipment.
Please give them a try, I believe you will be happy you did!
Thank you Michael Mgr.) for taking the time to listen to my input.
Terrible! Took our Sedan and SUV. Still had dirt and bugs on the front and dirt on the sides and back! And all of our tires were half clean. It was during the free wash time. If i had paid $39.99 for a half clean car...i would have been furious! Will stuck to my normal place where they clean inside and out ...for LESS!
One of the things I liked was that it was all brand new and shiny. However, the front bumper/window of my car still has bugs and dirt left on it and the rear of my car still had enough dirt that it was very noticeable. I also disliked how I had to pay money to get any rags to wipe down my car. I enjoyed the free wash but it doesn’t seem worth it to me to pay due to my commute.
If you’ve got the extra money to spend on towels, it’s decent enough ( $3 now, I was informed that it would be $5 after the grand opening) . Car wash is about on par with the other companies in town.

The car wash itself seemed to do a decent job, and there was a mat cleaner available and all, but there was no way to spray down/wipe down the car without paying extra. Three dollars gets you the stuff pictured below, but there are no spray bottles. For someone with children, this isn’t really sufficient to clean out the inside of the car. Unfortunately because of this I will probably not be returning and would encourage the owners to include a way to spray and wipe down for free rather than paying for a car wash and then having to pay again to clean the inside, which seems a bit deceptive. That being said, I am thankful for the free wash offered today.
