  I have been going here for several years. Today I had an issue with the bead on my new KO3 tire causing deflation. They fixed it and reset my spare tire and everything. Adrian is top notch!

  I only have great things to say about this location and their staff. Marcus Cockerham specifically has helped me out on multiple occasions. They always get me taken care of quick and efficiently. I always have a great experience and I tell everyone I know to go to this location!

  There is not enough room in this to post the issues I had with just trying to buy two tires. They offer you an appointment online but it's in person, they tell you just bring it in. They literally had my car at 1:30 p.m. today and I told them I would pick it up at 5:00 p.m. verifying but that would be okay. They called me 10 minutes before 5:00 I called them back was on hold three or four minutes then it was time for me to leave work. I go into the counter and they tell me they called because I needed brakes. I was very clear I was on a budget and didn't want any additional work done or back tires yet. It's a 2006 Honda do you think new brakes are the only issue with that car that needs to be addressed???? They literally had my car for three and a half hours and didn't even have the tires on. V apparently all they wanted to do was try to get me to have them put on new brakes. I arrived at 5:05 p.m., then I have to go back to the counter about 20 minutes and asked why my tires still on. He goes back there to apparently get them started and said the tires were in the process of being balanced. Again why wasn't this already done. I sat and waited for another 30-35 minutes for my car to finally be ready. Then have to wait at the counter because he finally got the keys to open the cash drawer and apparently didn't know how to do that. I got my change was never offered a receipt or an apology, told to have a good day. Think twice before you even think about going to this location for any type of service, they put people ahead of me that walked in today but wasted an hour of my day when it came time to pick it up. Everything about my experience is inexcusable.

  Had oil change and tire rotation done. Completed service earlier than promised. Very friendly service.

  I compared prices on a set of tires, at Walmart and a few other tire shops. I was looking for good appropriate tires, that were also budget compatible. When I called TireDiscounters, Marcus answered the phone. He was professional, upbeat, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He gave me 3 different tire options to start with. He explained the warranty, balancing, aligning and road hazard warranty, which I’m glad I got. (I was back the very next day with a nail in my tire). When I came back with the nail Marcus got me taken care of right away. The service has been OUTSTANDING! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. *MAJOR BONUS for getting the tires here was a FREE OIL change (that’s an easy $100+ on my BMW). Thank you Marcus and TireDiscounters
