- RSRichard Stoll6 days ago5.0Tim Bentley could not have been any nicer!
- AAAvaOct 1, 20265.0Super nice staff. Had everything honestly explained to me with issues I knew already needed fixed at some point. Will be coming back
- KKKimberSep 24, 20265.0I am SO glad that who I have my car warranty through sent me to these guys...very courteous men! They truly care about their customers/autos....I highly recommend to check them FIRST...the service these guys give is hands down the best and they are very reasonable in price. They did a phenomenal job on my car!
- RRRobbinWittSep 19, 20261.0Beware of Timothy Bentley and Adrian. They will scam you and make you think your car is in a lot worse condition than it is. Lesson learned. I suppose being a woman and telling him what was wrong with it was the problem. I’ve been going here for years but have not had to be there in a while and it seems this new crew of people is shady and will take you for whatever amount they think they can. Do not agree to anything without getting a second opinion. Actually just go somewhere else.
- BGBrandi GoodwinSep 16, 20265.0I can’t be happier with the level of service that was provided to my family. I highly recommend Tire Discounters. Big shoutout to Adrian and team! Your hard work is very much appreciated!
Frequently Asked Questions About Tire Discounters
What comes free with a 4-tire purchase?
Free alignment worth $129.99 and a free oil change. Every 4-tire purchase at our Lexington Richmond store includes both automatically. That is $250 in day-one savings plus lifetime rotation, balancing, and flat repair at no additional cost.
Which premium tire brands are available?
Our Lexington Richmond store stocks Michelin, Goodyear, Cooper, Continental, Bridgestone, Firestone, Kumho, and Pirelli alongside value brands Milestar and Westlake. Our house brands Brezza and Toursport offer quality at lower price points. All come with free alignment when you buy four.
Can I get brakes and oil changes here too?
Absolutely. Our Lexington Richmond store handles brakes, oil changes, alignment, batteries, suspension, fluid services, A/C repair, auto glass, free inspections, and EV maintenance. Full-service auto care, all under one roof, all by ASE-certified techs.
How trained are the technicians?
Highly. Technicians at our Lexington Richmond store hold ASE, Michelin Certified, TIA, and MAP credentials. We also employ ASE EV Certified techs for electric and hybrid vehicles. Every tech participates in ongoing professional training. Our CARFAX Top-Rated status (6 consecutive years, 4.75 rating) reflects that commitment.
Can I just show up without an appointment?
Yes. Our Lexington Richmond store handles walk-ins every day during business hours. No appointment necessary for tires, oil changes, brakes, or any service. You can also schedule online at tirediscounters.com if you prefer a specific time.
Is Tire Discounters a franchise?
No. Tire Discounters is 100% family-owned, not franchised. Chip Wood founded the company in Cincinnati in 1976, and the Wood family still runs it today. Our Lexington Richmond store is one of over 200 company-operated locations across eight states.
How do your prices compare to dealerships?
Our Lexington Richmond store is competitively priced on all services, and every 4-tire purchase includes free alignment ($129.99 value) plus a free oil change. Add lifetime tire protection and you are looking at savings that dealerships simply do not match.
Is flat repair free on tires I bought here?
Yes, for life. Every tire purchased at our Lexington Richmond store comes with lifetime free flat repair plus free rotation and balancing. No charge, no expiration. This benefit is honored at any of our 200-plus Tire Discounters locations.
