He watched as they picked the car up and did nothing, then proceeded to try and sell us tires because "they are worn out". However we changed our tires a few months ago so that is impossible. Anyway, they just handed my husband a quote for tires and reciept, but no before or after spec sheet showing they did an alignment. We went to another tire discounters on Harrodsburg road the next day and turns out there were other customers at the Harrodsburg rd location who experienced the same thing as us at this Richmond rd location. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location cause this one is a scam.
