- CMChristine Morris3 days ago2.0They fixed my car, BUT, charging me almost $900.00 to remove and replace 4 spark plugs and coils on a Hyundai ??!! I learned my lesson. I'll never go back there.
- DDDavid DukesMay 7, 20261.0Beware of this business. They will try to sell you unnecessary services and lie to you. They told me my rear brake pads were extremely warn and need immediate attention. They quoted an outrageous price of $250. I took my vehicle to a trusted mechanic and he showed me the pads were still about 40% pad left. His price to replace them was $148. They also told me I would receive a $50 mail in rebate and would receive that information in the mail. After two months and not receiving any information I went by the dealer and was told I had to apply for the rebate on line. I tried a couple of times but got the message that my information didn’t match the invoice. I called the Goodyear customer service line and was told the tires I purchased were not eligible for the rebate. WATCH OUT FOR THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!

I came in 5 minutes before they closed and they were very helpful and seemed very happy to help. Also my in field supervisor here at absolute services had some truck issues today as well and they were able to get his truck maintenance approved in 15 minutes and had him back on the road in no time to help his employees

They also declined to contact the manufacturer regarding a possible warranty claim. Very disappointing experience and lack of support after the sale.
