Found the same things I was looking for at a lot lower price. $100 oil change that's how y'all do in Kentucky lordy that's crazy. Staff rude will not go back.

- PAPrasanga AryalMay 20, 20261.0I had appointment for general inspection with them at 11:30am. Since they pulled up carfax and said my car was due on coolant and brake fluid maintainance they recommended me $299 package which I agreed. Here is two main problems I have regarding my experience: - I dropped my car there before appointment time of 11:30 and after everything was told things would be done by 4pm and they would call me. At 4pm I called them and they said they would complete it by 6pm and at 6pm they went onto say they would get it done an hour later. I wouldnt mind delay if they were working on things but my car has snapshot device and as can be seen they never started working on my car till 6:17 which was almost 7 hours after I dropped my car. Also I got triple flow package and general maintenance which in labor cost was a lot but apparently all things was completed before 1 hr which is crazy. The snapshot device shows 7:17 as next time car started but I was there at shop at 7:00 and car was just sitting idle in garage with no one working so I dont know when they completed things. - Second is during fuel system service they somehow detached my car’s gas cap which I noticed today while filling up the gas tank. I was never mentioned about this. Fuel system is part of their triple flow package and is their way of showing profit of doing triple flow which can at home be done in $20 using DIY cans. I didnt know about this so got fell to the savings trap.
