  Highly recommend! Brought my newborn with me to get new tires the week before an out of state move. Stressful situation all around. Jim took excellent care of me, and the team got me in and out quickly and at a fair price. Everyone who worked there was friendly and knowledgeable. I had doors opened for me, drinks offered to me, etc. I appreciate the professionalism and kindness at a very stressful time, and now I’m confident our family car is safe on the road with great tires!

  My daughter and her friend traveling to Pigeon Forge from Ohio, they're on their first solo road trip. Got a blowout, had it replaced and headed back on the road. Car was still wobbly and stopped at one of your locations in Lexington to have it checked. Kids were told the alignment was off, you repaired and test drove it for free and told them we will be good for the rest of their trip! Thank you, thank you!

  What an amazing place! My family and I are traveling from Missouri to Virginia and we came here to air up our tires and a technician noticed a screw in our tire. They instantly got us in to repair the tire at a great price. Customer service was impeccable, Jim got us in quickly and out the door just as fast. Jonah found the screw and repaired our tire, no upsell, no push to replace the tire just a great group of people that care about their customers. Thanks for getting this Air Force family back on the road to home.

  These are real humans, who remember, who care and you can trust to do the right thing, even when you aren't paying as much as the guy next to you. Single females - this is safe place to come get your car serviced!! If you want to know why the details are as followed: I was recommended this place from several people in my office (3 out of the first 3 people I asked told me to go to this location specifically). I needed new tires, but it turns out I also needed breaks and rotors. (Like 1mm left on the breaks, really ridiculous that I have never thought to check those). I believe they gave me a great price, and I was in and out (on a Thursday) in a couple hours. I got a free oil change with 4 tires, so I came back when I was due for it about 2 months later. I had an appointment on a Saturday, went to go get lunch and when I came back a couple hours, it hadn't even been pulled in yet. I couldn't wait, so I had to to schedule a new appointment come back the next week. The manager looked REALLY embarrassed and disappointed, but told me he'd make sure that it would not happen again. When I came back the following weekend, I got there about 9am. They open at 8am and I could see they had cars piling up. He held an open spot for me, and got me out in like 30 minutes for an oil change, tire pressure, alignment, and new windshield wipers. So quick that my car was done before I was even sat at Wild Eggs. I don't judge a place on one offs, I judge them on how they respond to and fix mistakes. You can tell by how the manager handled this that they really do strive to be the best, and are willing to course correct and bend over backwards to fix things when they don't meet the threshold. You can tell excellence is their norm, so the mistakes stick out and they won't let it go until it's right.
