  Would give 0 stars for making me wait over 2 damn hours. Like let me leave and I will not be back.

  This location is not the level of service they used to be. Texted me that my car was ready without ever calling me to discuss work that needed to be done. Come to find out they did not fix any of what was wrong. I had to ask in person what the problem was. Then was told I would have to call back the next day to speak with someone else to ask about my car. When I did call back the next day, I essentially had to walk their person through the steps of the”what’s wrong? What parts are needed? What would the cost be to fix it? When can you have it done?” It’s like they don’t even WANT to work on cars. Will be looking for a new mechanic as this one is not worth the hassle.

  Took our SUV in for an oil change and tire rotation. This includes a “multi-point inspection” that includes checking air filters. I told them the air filters were all due to be replaced and please do so. When I picked it up, I wasn’t charged for air filters so I asked if they checked them. He confirmed the tech’s paperwork and it showed they were checked and good. I knew they probably weren’t so I checked them the next day at home. They were all filthy. Never checked. So, I wouldn’t “trust” their work.

  Christina Wheat made me like this place again. She took care of a real problem with me and the store location on Richmond Rd. They sold me a tire that I didn’t even need, but she made it right and she let the right people know about the situation. Thank you so much!!
