I showed up at the appointment time and it was going to be an hour or more wait before they even looked at my truck. Absolutely no remorse, no we will get you right in because you had an appointment. Excuses after excuses after excuses. Why did I make an appointment? So I did not have to wait! They should’ve honored the appointment got in the truck right in and repaired it not give me a runaround/ excuses!! This is not my first bad experience with the store. And I will never go back there again. They are the worst run place ever and their tires are no cheaper than anybody else’s.!!!
