- VNVictoria Nader5 days ago1.0Really disappointed in my experience today. I called ahead when my truck needed a new tire this morning, as I know this location carries my size. They got me a quick appointment made, and I headed straight over. Get there, turn over my vehicle at 11am, and ask how long it will be, as I need my truck back ASAP. I'm quoted an hour to an hour and a half. I left my number and asked to be called when my tires are finished. Have a friend pick me up so I can get back to my other vehicle, and continue my errands. Four o'clock rolls around, and I've had no call, but I assume my tires would be done as per the previously quoted schedule. So I go to pick my truck up, and it's sitting exactly where I parked it, same tires I brought it there with. I go inside and ask what happened, and the staff acts like they didn't know anything about my truck or the timeline I was given. They offer to pull it around and do it right now, but that's still another 45-minute wait. I finally get my tires done, and there are no apologies, no explanation for the delay, no excuses for the lack of communication just a "here's your bill, thanks" attitude. Which given the circumstances and being four hours past the quoted job completion time is utterly ridiculous. But then I look over my receipt just to see "roadside warranty" charges I did not authorize, ask for, or accept attached to my bill. Unacceptable service with hidden fees, no communication, and a poor attitude. I cannot recommend them in good faith after this experience.
